Very basic breakfast. We stayed two nights and both days we spotted dirty dishes and midges inside of juices. Very disappointing spa that did not meet expectations. Afrodyt bath was a cold jacuzzi with a soap inside. Dirty bedroom with insects inside (see photos).

Some staff were professional and welcoming but not all unfortunately. Location is okay, 10min walk to the promenade of Szczawnica.

The hotel was on a busy main road which we weren't aware of. There was a party with a loud DJ from 7pm to 1.15am just outside our room with banging music - very noisy hotel in general. The half board we booked was very poor indeed - buffet style food - food was awful. Generally, not happy with the hotel. Poor service and no customer care at all. Would never stay there again!! The hotel main website is very deceiving and not everything on there was true!! Unhappy customers all round!! Review Awful – first review in 25 years Over the last 25 years I have travelled numerous destinations but never had the need to complete a review. • Message via booking .com stating DJ and music on first night offered replacement room on arrival no reduction in cost of room was lower standard of original room. (The message arrived the day the cancellation option expired!) • Hotel offered al carte menu – food offer closed at 6pm very poor choices refused to eat the evening meal. Meal in hot metal containers. Asked for fresh options refused • Requested to leave hotel with full refund. Refused. Explained I would now place review on the TripAdvisor. Hotel refunded half board option only 45.00 Euros • The hotel states al carte food options and quiet location. The road outside hotel extremely busy and noisy. • No clean towels or coffee refreshed during stay • Staff from helpful to rude • Reception manger from extremely unhelpful concerning refunds (I think this frequent occurrence) to very helpful with information on area. • Second night stay and you guessed correct another party until 1.00pm • Second day rained all day – went on amazing hike – requested drying room for jackets smirked and refused ( I think this was payback for complaining) • The hotel website shows bedroom on main page – this was the room we booked over the disco area. Change the chef! Dinner pretty poor. Spa is not a spa. Rooms basic, but décor tired out and soundproofing between rooms leaves nothing to the imagination. Very overpriced.

1 We have purchased half board and without letting us know after second day serving hours were cut (and amount of dishes too) 2 Room was really dirty on our arrival 3 Tv service not working properly 4 jacuzzi had so much chemicals that quite disturbing and disgusting looking foam was building up when used (and the smell was awful ) after first couple of days water was cold assuming because of majority of guests has left 5 spa area was very cold distance between pool and saunas was long and not heated at all 6 lots of food but not as traditional as advertised we were eating outside the hotel to try regional dishes 7 towels not being changed once during our stay (5 days)

The facility needs renovating, the rooms look better on the website than in person.

The smell in the bathroom was really bad. The window was facing somebody's tarrace, ground level, so we could not wide open it. Room was super small.

Hotel in the walking dostanie to most tourist attractions in Szczawnica. The Staff and the breakfest were great. Clean.
