We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelarusThe hostel became worse than it was earlier. There was a bad smell in the room and a disgusting smell in the bathroom. The mattress used to be comfortable but this time it was too soft, like I slept not on the mattress but in the mattress. The bad was shaking every time a person on the lower or upper bed moved. It was cold in the hostel.
The location is great. It is in the old town 10 min walk from the central railway and bus stations. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. I stayed in the hostel before. It was better. See below.

Finlandstreet noise is loud at night, the windows in the dorm were shut at night so it got really hot, but still was loud. wear earplugs! lockers in the rooms, but could be bigger. the bunk beds are squeaky and can’t sit on the lower bunk because it’s so low. The bathroom isn’t that nice especially for a bit more mature travellers who appreciate cleanliness and practicality. toilet blocks are tiny, too small to change clothes. no info available in the hostel what to do in krakow. they could put more effort on comfort like offering free coffee and tea. the kitchen area is just not inviting and no really communal areas to meet other travellers.
