the staff are friendly and very welcoming, and made our stay feel like a family run hotel , the hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from the main square in Bytom.and as we were visiting family, we used it as a base ... we will continue to use it in future visits.as we were very impressed with everything.

On arrival at 8:40 in the evening the restaurant would not sell any food as the kitchen is closing?!

Nothing important, place is 99% perfect. Few very minor details improvement would make this place from 99% to 100% perfect. :) Our kid used a sopha bed, which was great and large, still it would be nice if there would be some blanket cover or mat under sheet on sopha bed, not just a sheet on leather. Towels in room were not bright white, a bit greyish from many washes.

A great hotel. Big room. Super good food from high quality ingredients. Nicest staff, beautiful, kind and smiling people with lovely warm communication both in reception and restaurant. Restaurant was beautifully and generously decorated with fresh flowers, what a luxury feel! Big parking lot! We relaxed very well after long trip, tasted amazing Silezia regional food - well prepared and generous portions. We will come back and want to try Asia Spa than, which looked very nice! It was nice to have cups of good tea in a room. Many thanks to Owner and Staff for keeping high service and hospitality quality standards!

The town of Bytom is depressed. It didn't have any real restaurants in the rynek, and many buildings are dingy and in poor shape.

We had a sizeable room with a small kitchenette; a great breakfast with a variety of hot and cold offerings; free parking. Hotel is new and within a couple of blocks of the town center, the rynek. The hotel restaurant, Atelier Rozbark, and Caffe Horst were two very good restaurants in the area. Czestochowa is an easy drive to see the black Madonna in the Jasna Gora Monastery.

WiFi could have worked a bit better. Additionally, in the morning there was a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, but I assumed that was due to sewage system.

The property was very modern and renovated. Lovely receptionist. Big parking around the hotel. I was surprised as hotel offers free viewing rooftop where you can chill as well as sauna and jacuzzi. There is also possibility to book massage for additional fee in the hotel as they have designated room for this. Breakfast was tasty and they have costa coffee machine! I also used hotel restaurant which was very good with lost of tasty food.

Our stay at the Seven Hotel Bytom was simply outstanding and deserves a full 10-star rating. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the check-in process was smooth and professional. The staff were extremely courteous and always eager to meet our needs. The rooms were exquisite and luxuriously appointed. The combination of modern design and high comfort made our stay particularly pleasant. The view from the roof was breathtaking and offered a spectacular panorama. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was also very good. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Every dish was a delight and was prepared with great attention to detail. The location of the hotel was also ideal. Attractions, shopping opportunities, and cultural highlights were easily accessible, which further enriched our stay. Very friendly and polite staff - you rarely meet those these days. Spacious room and bathroom. It was possible to use sauna as well as SPA (extra paid - amazing team). The hotel has a rooftop terrace and a very big parking. Very good value for money.

Good location,close to airport(about 30 mins) Nice room,AC in the room ,always fresh towels ,fridge with waters(one sparkling and one still) and comfortable beds. Sauna and jacuzzi to everyday use! Really nice people working there, both reception and housekeeping ,always helpful :) Already my second time and will come back again for sure!
