Electricity sockets not really in convenient places but I realise this is due to the architecture. However an extension from behind the desk and fridge would solve this easily. Tram noise. Even at the rear I could hear it. At the front you would not be able to open windows.

4 stars and no AC with 36oC outside it was a hell! I was charged 3 times for my stay! Despite assurance by staff that it will be solved there is still a debt on my card... breakfast was so so. Staff very young and nice but not qualified....

The hotel is right near the tramline. Our room was at the back so it was no more than a rumble, but I expect if you had a room at the front then the noise might be problematic.

Great sized room for a family. We were all very comfortable.

The first room was very noisy because of the trams and cars running close to the hotel. Also, the ventilation in the bathroom was producing noise. It was difficult to sleep at night. We have asked to change the room and it was done immediately. Unfortunately, the ventilation was still producing some noise in the new room but otherwise all was good.

We were in a roof level room & the cellular curtains on the skylights would not stay completely closed no matter how hard I tried so the first hint of light in each morning was unavoidable. Because of the room location, the two windows available to open at night were so small (down at floor level)they were ineffective at keeping the room cool (the skylights were fixed closed); these particular rooms need a fan or air condo. Another concern is security. Walking in unchallenged without any door security plus easy access to the floors above vis elevator or stairs was a bit surprising. The desk is 24 hours but the attendant would just look and never ask who we were, including several we never met. Anyone could just walk in off the street if they looked legitimate up the desk person.

Rooms not enough storage and more bathroom shelves needed. Lighting insufficient for room size. Not enough information regarding hotel facilities only found out there was a bar as we were leaving to go home. More signage needed or it could be included within information folder in room.

10am check out far too early. Breakfast doesn't even finish until 10.30am! However, they extended it when we asked them to, until 11am. 2 single quilts on a double bed was very uncomfortable. We should have asked if they could give us a double quilt instead, but we didn't think to do so until we were checking out!

Tea & coffee making facilities in the room, with cookies in reception free to take whenever you liked. Nice welcome drink on arrival. Tours booked by the hotel were excellent.

Struggling to find anything wrong with this hotel, it was great!

Our room was lovely, great size and comfortable, good bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, huge range of choices and all very tasty. The staff were brilliant, very helpful with anything we asked for and beyond. Would definitely stay here again.

Whilst rooms comfortable- they were basic in terms of decor / furnishings (& ours was a superior room) & lack of toiletries etc. Tram line ran directly outside the front of hotel & our room - but actually not a problem in terms of noise in winter as windows closed. Lack of bar / lounge to sit in - but as so close to Old Town - we went out to cafes/ bars etc

Great traditional hotel with a spacious and clean room. Location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, walking distance to the main square as well as the jewish neighbourhood.

Location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. In the moment when you step out from the front door of the hotel, you are within reach of Wawel and Rynek Glowny. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is good with many food. Beds are really comfortable. I like old buildings like this in historical centres. I can definitelly reccomend this hotel. There is also a parking for your car, but it must be agreed in advance.

Nothing, everything met our expectations

The room was very spacious, and clean and comfortable. We had a quieter room overlooking the car park although if out front i don't think the noise would have been annoying as it is a very quiet street. Although everything is reduced in terms of covid we still had great breakfast, and reception help etc. We didn't want for anything. The location is fab for anything in the centre.

As for 4star hotel breakfast was quite basic and quite poor quality of tea was served.

Family stay - size of the room was good enough for our family of 3 and for such a short stay - our son had a separate bedroom 👍. In the room was very good tea - Ahmad Tea, however the same tea was not available during a breakfast 😞. Hotel location is brilliant, 15min walk to Wawel and 5min to Sukiennice and Main Square. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
