We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI arrived late night and wake up to a leaking fridge, went to the reception to say about it, later on a guy from the reception turns up and is give me towel to clean it up! That is not good enough so I told him where is the fridge and to clean it up. The place is very nice but this is not a customer service I was expecting.

Renovated, new, nice and cosy place. It is in the heart of the city, walking distance, with restaurants, shops and activities around. The apartment was big and comfortable. Very spacious.

The property was perfect, it was easy to find and perfectly situated between the square and the castle. The contact information was great and the staff down stairs were very helpful if we needed anything. Our return flight was very early, so I asked for help with booking a taxi back to the airport, it was booked and confirmed with in minutes and on the day of travel the taxi was there on time. The room was clean and tidy with a kettle, fridge and air-con. There is a lift if you need it. We were on the 3rd floor and at the back, no issues with noise. Very pleasant stay, if you like walking tours, there is a QR code in the foyer where you can book a free one, our guide was Natalie, she was was funny and very knowledgeable, if you want to give her some money at the end, it’s greatly appreciated. We would a definitely recommend a visit to both Krakow and these apartments.

GreeceThere were two areas for the bathroom. One had the basin and the sink and the other had only the shower. This, combined with the fact that there was nothing inside the shower area to touch something, made it extremely dysfunctional, as if you needed something you had to get out of the shower and go to the bathroom or living room to get it.
The room was very spacious. Since we had the little one's stroller, the fact that there was an elevator was extremely convenient. The location of the room was awesome. In the center and at a distance of 10 minutes from most attractions and shops.
