We asked for a couple of coffee pods which were not given to us.

The hotel Is very beautiful with lovely apartments. The gym is very good, lots of machines and clean towels available. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed! Breakfast was very good, a lot of choices in terms of food and drinks.

Perfect stay while visiting Warsaw. Clean rooms with all kitchen equipment private parking (for additional fee). Good location almost in the city center. Very rich and tasty breakfast. You can visit sauna or gym while staying in the hotel.

Security - anyone can enter the lift and visit a floor. Couldn’t figure out the exhaust system but it wasn’t a big deal. Hot water from coffee machine - when getting hot water, little bits of coffee shoot out of the machine.

Flat pillows (many hotels seem to suffer from this issue....) A bit out of the way so we cabbed everywhere.

Beautifully furnished room (especially the bathroom!) and incredibly helpful receptionists. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The neighbourhood was also quiet and felt safe for two female travellers.

A Washington machine but with no powder to use. A little hard to find the entrance to the property from the street but really no complaints.

Modern clean and comfortable stay. Great gym area and restaurant. Free bikes to explore old city area. Loved having washing machine and kitchen area. We had a corner junior suite and it was spacious with a large TV although only 2 English channels. Nice coffee machine and a gift of biscuits. Would highly recommend.

Honestly there's not much to dislike here! It's not really walking distance to the Old Town of Warsaw, though it's a cheap taxi or Uber ride away. The only thing we disliked was the elevator tech - you have to use a tablet outside of the elevator to select your floor before you get on, and there aren't buttons inside the elevators. This was confusing for a lot of people!

An excellent apartment-hotel in the newer part of Warsaw, this place has everything you could need. The rooms are large and comfortable (ours even had a balcony), and the hotel has a staffed front desk, a bar and restaurant, and even a coffee shop. It's an easy 15-20 minute drive from the airport, and walkable to several food halls and also the Warsaw Rising Museum.

Everything was fine. We did not take breakfast in the hotel and cannot comment on the quality.

The Royal Tulip Hotel was simply fantastic: well located (in the city center but rather quiet area with some coffee shops, bakery (I recommend Lubaszka!) and restaurants), spacious room (comfortable bed!), fully equipped kitchenette and even a washing machine in the bathroom! The staff was very kind and helpful.

NO kettle. Told by staff to use coffee machine. Totally not acceptable as the water coming through the machine was tainted by coffee grounds. Kitchen was very basic. Reserved an apartment so I could cook a small meal. Not really possible with the very limited kitchen items. Very disappointing.

Location was good. Apartment was modern and very clean. Cleaner came each day which I did not expect as it was an apartment. Apartment had a balcony.
