The water in the jacuzzi did not look well.

The breakfast were just fabolous. The restaurant I can just recommend. Very delucious. I can recommend this hotel to everyone. We were very satisfied. Thanks to the staff for all .

The ‘spa’ was rather underwhelming—a medium sized jacuzzi in a room without changing facilities or lockers. We were happy that no other guests wanted to join us as it would have been awkward to change clothes in the toilet. The sauna was not on in the summer which we didn’t mind.

The room was comfortable and we especially appreciated the breakfast buffet with homemade bread and plenty of nice cheeses. The balcony was great to ensure fresh air during the summer night. Friendly staff (no one English speaking, though).

I have been there long time ago when they just oppened and i notice the time passed. Noises are channeled very strongly via ventilation pipes. We have heard late night laughs and some morning love noises from other rooms ;)

The staff at the reception desk didn't really speak English so the communication was not flawless. The mattresses could be more comfortable.

Breakfast was very good - scrambled eggs, pancakes, a lot of different cheese and hams. The room was big enough and clean.

We arrived 3 hours early and wanted to leave the car in the hotel parking, and for that we were charged 20pln. It's the first time we encountered such a thing. The mattresses and the pillows were way too soft. The doors of the shower didn't even touch each other, so the water was spilled all over the floor. Also who on earth thought that metal bedside tables are a good idea? Especially when there's a sleeping infant in the room.

The hotel is really nice, everything is very fresh. It's quite up the hill and from there you can have a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was great. Plus for the drawers in the bathroom.

Two things to be improved - to have bathrobes when coming to SPA area and not to switch off sauna room before 10 pm (as declared in the description) - around 9.30 pm sauna was cold already.

We enjoyed our stay at AS Rezydencja so much! The location was perfect - very close to national park, free parking spot, very polite staff. The breakfast served was just amazing! The place was beyond our expectations!

Everything was wonderful.

The hotel enjoys an unforgettable location with mountain views. Breakfast is traditional and very tasty. The room is clean and very nice. There are very nice walking trails and a large selection of restaurants near the hotel. I will definitely return with the whole family to go skiing. I was for the first time and really fell in love with this place.

Hot breakfast options are limited and they may be gone if you come in the last 30mins of breakfast time It's sometimes hard to get to jacuzzi, since there is no booking system. So if you're not the first one - you need to negotiate and come by multiple times

Overall the place is great for family stay. The location is close to everything you need but quiet. Staff is helpful and friendly, there is enough parking space. Ski/snowboard storage room is a huge advantage of you ride. The massage is amazing and definitely worth trying!

The beds were separated and are not comfortable enough

The personel were extremely friendly, tried speaking English, showed around and advised on anything we asked. Food was nice and fresh, the surrondings are great! Billiards and sauna, place for grill are a big plus!

Little bit dirty,

The hotel is overall a pleasant place to stay. However, during our stay, we did notice that the room wasn't perfectly clean as we found some rubbish under the bed which appears to have been left by the previous occupants. Despite this, the breakfast was quite good and we enjoyed the convenience of the nice parking lot and its central location. In addition, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay more comfortable.

There was a clutter noise from the air shaft at night, and it was blowing from the ventilation. The room was on the 2nd floor.

Feather mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. It is really bizzare that the ventilation goes directly to the room, so you can hear everything from another rooms. "Spa" is one jacuzzi and one sauna without cooling pool, so it is often overcrowded.

Nice location outside the center, next to the trails. Tasty breakfast, large parking.

No pool, just a small jacuzzi which was closed on 1evening. Bar area closed at 8. No entertainment.
