The WIFI was horribly slow and inconsistent. The location isn't easily accessible via uber or taxi

The location was really good for me to access public transportation, and the instructions were so easy. However, the uber drop off isn't the best as there is no access to direct parking in the building

Small microwave would be perfect! Not a must, but just a suggestion;) The lock of the bathroom wasn’t working, but honestly, it wasn’t a problem

lt was pretty clean and neat. Bed was super comfortable and nice, blackout curtains were amazing and helped us to sleep perfectly. Clean apartment. Lots of places to eat, zabka are very close (on the 1st floor literally) Kettle, salt and pepper, sugar and biscuits were so cool to find! Thank you for this!

On the first night 2 drunk men knocked on my door at 2am, they wanted to come into my apartment. They left as I was about to call the police. The second night the same happened. If you are a lady and alone it is not very safe. Although the apartment is very nice, I don’t know if I would come back. Also, there is no reception for this apartment, unlike the other apartments in the building, so the only way to contact the owners is through phone

No flexibility in Check In and Check Out time. For long stays free cleaning service should be provided atleast once in a week.

Outlets in bathroom and kitchen was broken and need to be replaced. Also loosen bathroom light cover connection. But this is not critical!

Soft and clean bed without any hairs on it. Clean room and good internet connection. Also on the first floor nice restaurant and Zabka shop. Bus services stops near as well. I recommend this place for your 1 week stay.

Check in Instructions exactly at 16.00 with wrong door-code. Support didn't answer for 1 hour 15 min. I was standing next to locked door.

The most annoying and disturbing aspect of our stay was loud fire alarm that rang twice in the matter of 2 days. Both times it was because someone smoked in their room (as we were told at reception). Besides, when we were moving in the apartment we noticed that the door wasn't locked which was a little suspicious and strange to us. Speaking of apartment itself, there was an iron but no ironing board.

The location of the apartment was quite convenient (close to the tram station as well as a bus one). Bed was pretty comfy and cozy too (soft to sleep on). The majority of kitchen appliances were provided. Clean, spacious and comfortable for short-term stay.

There is no air conditioning, therefore it was very hard to fall asleep in the heat. Additionally, a window of the bathroom was not cleaned and people's hands could be seen.

Price and location was 30 min away so not ideal but not bad as well.

A little dirty. The curtains, windows and under were dirty. Very flat pillows. The sockets were so that the beds could not be moved together. Very noisy. Near the apartments there is a road with busy traffic. Because it was hot, the window was constantly open and it was extremely difficult to sleep with such noise

The room is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The glass between the bedroom and the bathroom was dirty and smudged, and one of the bedside lamps was broken. The electricity sockets were inconveniently located so in order to charge my phone in the bedroom I had to move the bed a bit away from the wall. One socket didn't work at all.

The bed was big and comfortable. There was a big desk that was very convenient for working. The kitchen had all the basic appliances. The staff was friendly and helpful.
