The location was perfect, 2 minutes from the main square, nearby markets and a beautiful park nearby! Coffee, tea, microwave, fridge and a cattle were available.

This hotel was amazing, it was only a 1 minute walk from the main square! It was spotless and the staff were very helpful and friendly, the beds were comfortable and there was great amenities in the room (hob, fridge, kettle, soap etc). It was so nicely decorated and even the basic room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

The toilet was breaking all the time.very hot in the apartment, no dishwasher, water in the kitchen was only hot.Was not possible to wash dishes.

It was clean & comfortable. Good facilities. Good shower with good water pressure. Washer & dryer was great. Excellent location! Loads of shops and restaurants very close. Host was very helpful! I would stay there again

Aparthotel Rembrandt is an excellent location, a minute's walk from the market square, the center and very well connected to everything. Clean and comfortable. we were 10 people and we had two apartments, one with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with everything. Overall, everything was very good. We had a particular problem on the last night which was immediately managed not very well with communication, not from the owner but from other specific people, but which was resolved in a short time and above all in the best way the next day in the way we expected for a customer. In the end, a location recommended to everyone, comfortable, clean, easy to reach, perfect for a beautiful place and a great trip to Krakow.

Anyone with people in their party who struggle with stars or are abit older it could be a problem as there is no lifts and alot of stairs to get to the apartments. Unfortunately we did have a few people with us who struggled as they are not very good on their legs and the stairs are concrete but it did not ruine the holiday and we was out most of the time.

Beautiful authentic hotel with excellent location. Staff where very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable if slightly dated but was perfect for our needs.

We couldn’t be happier with the apartment (two bedrooms, living area, kitchenette and bathroom). It is modern, spacious and tastefully furnished with all amenities one needs. Amazing shower and everything else. Lovely host. Perfect location, cafes and restaurants - spoilt for choice.

The hotel is just over a block from the main square, amazing location, surrounded by restaurants and on the border of a beautiful park. Also walking distance from attractions like the castle and the river (i.e., for boat tour). The room was clean and an amazing price. Wifi was included which was much appreciated. Staff were extremely friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

We didn’t see any staff at all. The shower head did not fit into its holder or the holder was loose. Anyway it wouldn’t stay in one position making showering extremely difficult. We arrived late as our plane was delayed and we hadn’t expected the electricity to be switched off. We were in the dark , using phone torches. I tried to contact reception but got no answer. We eventually found a fuse box and switched the electricity on. Some warning that the electricity was going to be off would have been helpful, as it was very difficult in the dark , trying to get some light.

The location was great . The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. There was plenty of hot water. The rooms were quiet , despite being near the centre. I would stay there again.

Location!It's right in the heart of the old town, 1 min from the Main Square. The communication with the hotel was very clear nad quick. They also helped me to get the shuttle from the airport to the apartment and back. I stayed on the top floor in a beautiful apartment with a mezzanine level. The place was spacious, very clean with comfy bed. There was small kitchenette, but I would suggest to eat in the town. The owners are fantastic and super lovely people, extremely friendly and helpful and they would go an extra mile to make your stay comfortable.

It would have been helpful to have some complimentary toiletries. The apartment had a bathtub with shower hose which was OK but a shower cubicle would have been better. The double bedroom had no windows. A glass panelled door allowed light in from the living area. This could not be blacked out at night. Replacing the curtain over the door would sort that out. These were minor issues which we were mostly aware of from the photos and reviews. They did not have a major impact and we had a very comfortable stay.

It was very central in the Old Town, only a couple of blocks from the Market Square but very quiet in a lovely old building. There were grocery shops nearby and there was plenty of crockery and utensils if you wanted to do some simple self catering. The manager was helpful and responsive. We were able to leave our luggage at reception after checking out. The beds were good quality. The whole apartment was nice and clean.

The checkin says from 00.00 to 23:59 which is not true. The checkin is from 15:00 pm, which is acceptable, but I don't like the fact of lying about it. I wrote them and they answer if I go before that time they charge me an extra day (finally they sent me a message to go around 11:00 if I right remember, but still, is not from 00:00 hs), I did the checking around 14:00 Is good 15:00 hs the checking time, but don't say it's from 00:00 hs because is not true

Situated within approx 100 meters of Main Square the Rembrandt Aparthotel is an ideal place to stay. The owner Remek an absolute gentleman. Nothing is too much trouble. He contacted us prior to our arrival to check there were no changes to our flights. He met us at the airport as we exited the arrivals hall and took us straight to the apartments. He chatted to us all the way there telling us all about his beautiful city. Our room was a very comfortable spacious double room with all the facilities you require including Free WiFi. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided .We also asked Remek to make the arrangements for the trips we took and he also took care of this . A great service. As others have mentioned the only issue would be the stairs for anyone with mobility problems, but other than that we could not fault out stay
