We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SpainThey need to improve in many aspects: - The bed is quite uncomfortable. It is ok for 1 - 2 nights but I wouldn't recommend more than 2 or sleeping 2 people. - I found very ridiculous that they charge 5 zloty for lending the towel. I didn't see that practice in ages. Considering it is an expensive place to be Poland, it would have been nice that the towels are included. I found it mediocre - It was far away from the city centre. I was aware from booking the location. But 140zl per night, the distance, the rent or the towels, and how uncomfortable the bed was, I wouldn't really recommend it. The staff was nice, it is 24h reception which that is why I booked it and I was in a rush and can be paid by card, but a few improvements are needed before changing such amount of money
Hostel is 24 hours and staff communication was good. They can speak English well. The room was clean and the bathroom as well

PolandSome toilets were nice and modern, others rather ancient. There were two tiny kitchens with a total of one tea spoon, one plate and a couple of cups. Only on the second day a lovely cleaning lady told me about the fully equipped kitchen downstairs..
My 10months old daughter felt comfortable there, that is the most important thing. Our window was overlooking the main road. There was constant (white) noise that had her sleep very well. It can be a problem for some, however. It wasn’t a problem for me, I used the earplugs and slept fine.

The hostel quite satisfied our needs. Everything was clean and working properly. Towels are not provided in the rooms, but it was possible to take them at the reception for PLN 5. Also plan in advance parking for the car. It must be booked in advance. But if there are no places, then there are quite a lot of places on the perpendicular street and parking is free from 20.00 to 10.00.

The staying in "Red carpet" was comfortable and pleasant. The helpful receptionist ,a new- repaired room , white sheets, a clean shower and toilet, an excelent kichen in a basement make a good impression . More over, a reasonable price, 20 minutes walk to the city center and a canteen near-by. I recommend "Red carpet" for staying

SloveniaThe air in the room was very stuffy, we had to air it out as soon as we arrived. There is no need for this much bedding in the middle of the summer, it just ends up on the floor.
Convenient location. I also liked the fact that the parking is gated and hidden from the street. Everything was reasonably clean. The staff is friendly and speaks great English. Also please tell the cleaning ladies that I loved them.
