The entrance to the parking was very narrow.

Basic, clean and comfortable en-suite room in a quiet part of the building. The building felt safe, as did the parking. Leszek (hopefully name remembered correctly), the porter, was excellent and so helpful in showing us to the parking and the accommodation. Thank you! Excellent location - right next to the centre and within walking distance of all the attractions.

Nice classic hotel, old-style, right in the heart of downtown. It belongs to the neighboring Polonia Hotel on the corner, you can check-in at the reception of Polonia Hotel, so start there! Breakfast is also inside Polonia Hotel, so you have to walk over. Breakfast is very rich and fresh, for me this was the highlight here. Clean room, fast wifi.

Great location. Very close to the old town (10-15 minute walk). Near public transportation as well which was very nice. Great stores nearby including the mall. Fantastic!

Safety!! The same keys open the front gate, the inner gate and all the rooms. We witnessed first hand how a guy opened the wrong door and shocked the female guest inside. It was the wrong room for him but as we all have the same key, he could open it. If I were a solo traveler, I would check out immediately as I wouldn't feel safe. You cannot even lock the door from the inside to disable opening from the outside (we were 3 friends and tested it).In the end we put the bin before the door so it would make a ruckus if someone enters at night to alert us. Stairs and no elevator. We were not the only guests that didn't notice beforehand that there is no elevator. So, just a friendly warning here😅

The rooms were beautiful, the bathroom spacious and clean, the beds comfy and clean. The room had everything. I especially appreciated the writing desk with the instant coffee and the electric kettle.

First floor on the street side caused lot of noise in the room. Especially the constant tram traffic which starts around 5am was very disturbing.

Aparthotel Basztowa and Hotel Polonia are both maximum value for money. Staying here for the 9th time, first time in Aparthotel. For me it did not matter but, its good to know that for the key of your room ine had to go to its sister hotel few meters away.

The key had to be collected from Hotel Polonia next door and in middle of winter that is not very desirable, but manageable.

It was very centrally located to Old town and Krakow central train station. The twin room was very well presented and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, staff was quite friendly.
