There was a systemic issue with the key card, which was ultimately resolved by providing a physical key for the duration of the stay. Floor -1 is relatively noisy, primarily due to the neighbors, and the noise is exacerbated by the tile floors in the corridor, rather than carpet. The parking fee is 10 PLN per day, which seems unreasonable considering the room rates and the general trend towards complimentary parking in neighboring hotels.

Good location close to the Termy Bukowina; very good breakfast, clean facilities. Good restaurant for dinner.

There was a special offer for the Sylvester Night, about which there was no information on booking.com We paid at least twice as much for the Dinner, having not booked it in advance. We slightly had an impression, that as guests from the booking, we were treated a little bit different than other clients.

It was a great stay. The biggest and nicest surprise was the saunarium at the bottom of the house, we did not know about it before arrival. Although we stayed only a few days we managed to swim in hot springs outdoors in the Bania Bukovina, ski, and go hiking in the mountains. Moreover we discovered a new restaurant Wanta, not very expensive and with excellent home-cooked food., nearby hotel Rysy. The breakfasts in the hotel were also very good, rich and tasty. Only It would be good to have two coffee machines instead of one, taking under consideration the number of guests. A place with a beautiful view of the mountains, access and finding the place were very easy.Food was very good and fresh, location perfect,rooms was clean, staff was brilliant ( thank you🤗 for long- important chat for me).

I was in room 1 which has a bit strange layout but since I was staying on my own, it didn't bother me much. It would be a bit noisy if the hotel was busier due to the fact that it's on the same level as the sauna and jacuzzi. The pillows may need an upgrade.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Great location, bus stop to Zakopane around the corner, 10 mins walk to Bukovina Terms. Comfortable mattress, good-sized bathroom and shower. Beautiful view from the terrace. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect to use after hiking to Morskie Oko. I'll definitely be back.

Parking became payable, still cheap but not free of charge anymore. The new building is not connected with the old one, where the restaurant is, and we had to put it on for going for breakfast.

NAT is great, as usual. Excellent restaurant with really delicious cuisine. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Room is not the same as on pictures, furniture, bathroom is a bit older but still okay. Some strange noise we were listening contantly possibly coming from central heating as we were placed in basement room. I would go again but if possible not to the basement.

No problem late check-in. Hotel has a very good outlook to the beautiful mountainy area around. Quiet calm surroundings in good location.

new building where we lived is different building and you have to go outside and entry to main building to have a breakfast. Sometimes you just want to go to the breakfast with your pijama, not crossing the snow

I stayed here together with my mom and son. After reading some reviews I had some concerns about cleaning and room facilities. BUT I'm really really satisfied with the room. It is quite modern and clean, and no smell. The mattress is comfortable, the linings are of a high quality. The bathroom is modern and clean as well. The night traffic did not bother us at all. Oh, and there was such a wonderful view in our room. 😍 it was really nice to have a cup of tea watching how the snow is covering the pines🌲🌲🌲 I'm sorry that we didn't try the restraint cause my son got sleep so fast after the whole day in Therms Bukovina.

A very cozy, comfortable hotel with an incredibly beautiful view. Friendly staff, nice room with a comfortable bed and snow-white linens. Everywhere is clean, everything works. No deficiencies found. Separately, I want to tell you about the gorgeous breakfast. Dishes and products for every taste. Tasty and varied. Very happy after staying in this hotel. I'll definitely come back again. Very nice small hotel with view on Tatras. Clean cozy rooms. Solid breakfast. Very nice restaurant a-la cart to have lunch or dinner. And I also liked hours of service. Did not visit mini SPA finally. But it was available till 23:00. Amazing!

The hotel was as in the description, our room was nice. The breakfast was excellent and super delicious. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing with big portions. We definitely recommend the steak on hot stone and the cheese plate for everyone!

The pillows are kind of uncomfortable and also there’s no fan and there’s mosquitoes and we couldn’t close the window because there’s no fan and the curtains we have to use it obviously for the sun light and because of that there the room where hot even though the windows where opened and also the ladies that clean the room normally at the hotels we go the ladies clean the room every day in our case well… the ladies never went to

Since the hotel was full, the parking space was quite tight. With difficulties we managed to get a space, but the car partially restricted the entrance into the car park.

I was more than just satisfied with this hotel! Thanks a lot to everyone who is working there, great job :) Bukowina is full of guesthouses and apartments, but we wanted to find the hotel as we were coming in the morning, so we wanted to place our luggage somewhere + we were thinking about having breakfast in the hotel as well. So among all other options this hotel looked like the best deal. And damn, IT REALLY WAS! Couldn't be any better. 1. Location is just perfect. It's just 7 minutes from Bukowina thermal waters which was our destination actually. And it's just 2 minutes from the bus stop. So no matter what you want, this hotel is right in the center. There are few cafes and shops near the hotel, it was super useful. 2. I loved the hotel itself a lot. The staff was very nice and friendly, thank you! They allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early. They also explained everything super well and explained the breakfast options. When you are in the hotel you realize it's a mountain house because of its interior. I loved it a lot! There were elevators, good bathrooms, nice decorations inside. 3. Our room was much better than on the photos. First of all, it was spacious. Second of all, the view was breathtaking, I could've look at the mountains over and over again. The bed was fine, water bottles as a gift were appreciated, everything was working fine. The bathroom was amazing: so light, big and nice! I just loved it a lot. I have no idea what else to add. Next time we come, we are at this place. Thank you!
