AC turned on and off every couple of minutes and the electricity went on and off… no problem for me as I arrived late and left early

* Beds are incredibly small and two people hardly fit in. * The area between the hotel and the lake is covered with goose poop and it’s so hard not to step on them. I understand the nature but maybe once a day cleaning is not a bad idea. * The pool temperature was too low * A small gym would have been much appreciated

* Location of the hotel is amazing. The lake in front of the hotel is very peaceful and dreamy. * There’s a small kids section which was very entertaining for my toddler * The restaurant serves heavenly delicious food and the quality of wine was very good as well. * The pool is big enough and the saunas are great. * staff are very nice and helpful

The room was awesome. Big, clean and with amazing view to the lake. The swimming pool and sauna were also really good. Plus the breakfast, totally complete with a lot of nice options. I totally recommend!

absolutely perfect place

Major downside - we were only able to spend one night, as the property was fully booked the next day. The window in the bedroom could have been better covered to stop the summer night sun from entering (I need complete darkness to be able to sleep, and unfortunately during our trip in Sweden there was not one single place that had the windows properly covered - but this one was by far the worst). Bathroom was pretty basic, but we noticed to be a standard in Sweden (small, shower curtain, limited shelving...)

During our trip in Sweden, we stayed in 5 different hotels over the course of 12 days, so we got a bit of a benchmark of what to expect, and what is below or above the norm. This one was our favourite pick. The view is just spectacular, the property being located on the edge of a fjord. Our apartment was nicely decorated, food (both breakfast and dinner) was exceptional. Very tranquil place.

Rooms are a bit small and having only rain shower is not ideal. But those are minor inconveniences. Overall this is really great place to eat, sleep, relax and enjoy nature.

Great place! Staff always nice and friendly, the food is always great, location is amazing, quiet, tranquil - highly recommend this place. Great to have balcony on either side.

Rooms are quite small, the smallest bed I have ever seen in a double room, weird plastic mattress protector we removed as it was too noisy to turn around and felt like sleeping on plastic, spa area is being rented to outside guests so there are times with multiple children coming for a swim lesson, staff reservedly polite, not flexible with room changes even if there are literally 5 people in the hotel, not sure why guests are asked to paid verbally mentioned amount without proper bill and overview, which normally is standard that I asked for at least three times with the same answer - after the payment

Beautiful view at the lake, very tasty food in the restaurant and nice spa area

We arrived at 9pm and restaurant was closed we do not get anything to eat. In the morning in the SPA is open only swimming pool and saunas starts only in 4pm. Water in the swimming pool is quite cold. We received the room near elevator in it was very big noise, but we have got room changed.

Nice location, close to highway, big room, good breakfast, free parking, SPA.
