The door code could sometimes be an issue, but eventually did work after a few tries!

There was an issue where multiple guests were locked either in and out of the building due to a resident physically locking the door. This unfortunately delayed our day due to us not being able to get into the apartment, this was quickly resolved but could have been prevented

Kitchenette was well equipped and the bed was comfy.

The coffee and sugar in jars is not a good idea. Better quality coffee would be nice too. Not too much cupboard space. The luggage stand was broken.

The location is near city centre. Bedding was good. Easy and clear instructions for accessing the property. Great idea to have big mugs in the kitchenette.

If the bathroom door was left open the drains made the room smell. The walls are also quite thin so can hear a lot of noise but wasn’t a big issue.

Loved how easy it was to self check in. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Bed was comfy. Stylish room and great amount of coffee/tea/sugar etc. The staff always replied within a couple of hours which was great. Really good location too, 5 minutes from the main square!

Extremely easy to access the property. Loved the fact they attached pictures so we knew exactly what to do. I also needed their help one day as my phone ran out of battery so I couldn’t access my code (forgot to write it down) so after a few security questions and checking it was actually me, they sent the code to my husband. Perfect!

The only things that weren't good was that there were 2 guests and only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for 5 days. There was meant to be housekeeping and a hanger for the door to request cleaning, but they weren't supplying housekeeping from the date we arrived but would come and replace the towels. This didn't happen on the 2nd day after us emailing and we had to use a dirty towel So had to email again and that time they brought fresh ones. Also the curtain in the apartment didn't fully close on 1 side.

The communication and check in service was excellent. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was also situated really well.

The lock on the bathroom failed yesterday and I got locked in, my brother had to twist it from the outside to let me out. Also the baggage situation wasn’t very clear, providing a code for guests get in to drop their luggage off would be handy!

We would have preferred 2 pillows each for us on the bed but that is just personal preference. We couldn’t watch any of the tv really, there wasn’t an option to watch in English.

It was great for just the two of us. Nice decor, very very close to the main square! The apartment was also next door to an amazing ramen restaurant.

The trams pass this property, You can hear them during the night. Depending on the room you are given this may to louder / quieter. We stayed on the 5th Floor / Apartment 36. This did not affect us however if you are a light sleeper, I would suggest bringing some earplugs just in case. Room did not look like the photos, However we were still happy with our room. TV does not have any English Channels, I understand we are in Poland however we would of liked to be able to watch TV. The double bed had two single duvets, I am not sure if this is normal however would of been nice to have one double duvet provided. Our room did not have a safe, I would suggest to Fragola Apartments that you put safes in the rooms for peace of mind for guests, However we did not travel with many valuables so was not a problem for us.

Excellent Property in the heart of Kraków. It’s a five minute walk into the main square / Stare Miasto from the apartment. It’s a 10-15 minute walk from Krakow Glowny / Main Train Station if you are arriving by train from the Airport. This is the easiest way to arrive at the property, 17PLN for train ticket and short walk to apartment. Easy Check in - You are provided with door and room codes at your time of check in, This was a seamless process with no human interaction. Really straight forward. Location is excellent, You are right in the middle of everything whilst the road it’s located on itself not being too busy. There are Zabka convenience shops located five minute walk away for shopping essentials bread, milk, snacks etc. The room was equipped with a small kitchen with pots, pans, hobs and microwave. You could easily make basic meals here. Good tea, coffee facilities with instant, cafetière coffee, bottled water also provided. Shower is pleasant with good pressure and hot water. Towels provided. Excellent Wi-Fi Provided. Air Conditioning to control room temperature worked well. Local excursions to Auschwitz and Salt Mines pick up is just down the road. 1 minute walk away. We booked a separate guided tour to Auschwitz through booking.com, 7AM pickup. We left our apartment at 6.55AM to find the minibus waiting for us. Very Easy. The Company was called Krakow Booking - Local Day Tours, You can check the pick up location on Maps before booking. Overall this is a very good property and I would return if I was to visit Kraków again in future.
