I think it would benefit to understand how checkin etc would work before booking as it was simpler than expected. Especially if would arrive late etc.

A very modern and spacious apartment with a small but great kitchen. It was a perfect location for us, close to the old town and still not in the middle of all the rush.

The Wi-Fi was terrible so don’t rely on it. There is also some noise from the busy road right outside but that encouraged us to get up early and enjoy Krakow.

Great location, across the road from the park and old town. Apartment was immaculately clean with everything you need, the kitchenette was fully equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the privacy of the apartment, we didn’t see any staff as there is no reception area, it worked very well for our 5 night stay.

The breakfast, provided by a cafe along the street, was unsatisfactory. I am allergic to eggs and all the menu choices offered to guests of Planty Park contain eggs. I asked for an alternative - muesli, for example - and was told that I would have to pay extra, which I did. The staff at the cafe were very nice but in this case, inflexible.

The accommodation was really smart and comfortable.

The foyer does have a bad smell as noted on previous reviews. Its a bit of a pain that the reception is the other side of town. We needed urgent support as the shower flooded but the numbers provided did not work. They resolved the issue the next day but still not great. The shower has a shallow shower tray so cant be in there more than 10 mins without it flooding.

Beautiful apartment, very stylish decor. Good facilities and great location.

The TV had one Polish news channel. We followed the guide in the room but couldn't get any other channels to work and hadn't thought to bring a fire stick.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. We have stayed in this block before but on another floor. The spacious secure lobby is great when you arrive with your luggage. The bathroom was fantastic. Both a French shower and a smaller hose head. Water stayed within the tray, absolutely no leakage out onto the floor. It was light bright and spacious. We hadn't been expecting a fridge and were delighted to see it. The weather was really sunny and pleasant and it was lovely to have cold water and soft drinks when we got back to the room. There were plenty of towels, toilet roll, tea, coffee and sugar as well as a selection of crockery, mugs and glasses. The bathroom even had dish soap and tea towels. The Wifi was faultless. Right beside Planty Park so you are in the square in minutes.

Our curtain did fall down one night & when contacting staff we had to wait over 48 hours for it to be put back up for us. Not a major issue as it didn’t actually bother us as we were able to sleep fine without it, although it would’ve been nice to be fixed same day when cleaners are in.

Clean, cosy, great location, good amenities (washing machine was a great addition), kind staff, would definitely return & recommend to others!

It can be a bit loud because of the trams that run 24/7 outside the building but with the windows closed its fine. They are very well sound insulated.

The apartment was clean, beds are very comfortable but the very best is the locarton is amazing !!!!

The curtains wasn’t wide enough which meant light came in every morning really early and the trams are right outside which are constant and really loud even with the window shut kept is up at night

The room got stuffy and the window was able to open, we appreciated the air con though. The shower leaked whenever used which was annoying!

Very centrally located to the old town, just a 5 min walk away! 20 min taxi ride to the airport. The staff hosting the accommodation sorted our Auschwitz store, which was great! Would recommend.

It should be fine when it was also checked dishes when the apartment is cleaned. There was a cracked cup, but there were 3 more so doesn't metter for us, we were two. Also we didn't find anything for better drying dishes, maybe a dishtowel will be perfect.

Modern, nice view from really big window :-) facilities were perfect - more than for 2 people, nice bathroom Understandable manual how to go inside, we didn't need to call support, we found everything. I was really nice surprised from options of coffee and tea
