The breakfast is average and there's so many people that you end up sitting with randoms for brekkie. The room is pretty nice but the bathroom is a little outdated. As a girl, the hairdryer in the bathroom is horrible- bring your own if you come here.

The view from the room is beautiful. On the 6h floor there is a nice cafe where you can have some drinks and enjoy the sunset. The location is great as its right next to the beach. Overall it was a really nice stay.

Cocktail bar/lounge in lobby had limited options and lacked ambiance. For a 5 star hotel this area simply was below other standard 5 star hotels.

Property is in an excellent location. Close to promenade and the beach. The room was bright and clean. The buffet had plentiful options.

Spa treatment was boring, it’s the same as the other free facilities but private. Very unnecessary since the public facilities are almost always empty. Hair dryer needs to be updated with a new one. Breakfast was OK I wish there were different menu each day because it got boring at one point.

Location, staff were friendly, have plenty of things to do in the hotel. Bedroom and bathroom was very spacious and clean.

Compared to several earlier stays we see some changes. The furniture in our rooms (213, 236 and others) showed significant traces of damages. They were slightly covered by paint but still very disturbing the entire impression of the hotel

The offered service at the reception is poor. They seems to be ongoing on stress and do not pay attention on what is requested. At the rooms there was always only 1 towel and 1 bathrobe although the knew we were 2 adults and a child at the room. Although I requested 2 more towels I only got 1.

The hotel is in front of the beach and the view is amazing. The coffee at the 6th floor is great, the a La carte restaurant for dinner amazing and the pools and jacuzzis also great. Breakfast is also amazing.

The property feels a bit packed with tourists and ‘industrialized’. Definitely not an exclusive or quiet hotel. Most rooms have very poor views.

Parking was a problem. When booking the room it was not clear that a separate booking is required for parking. We ended up without a parking space at a very expensive hotel. The buffet restaurant is too small for the number of guests at the hotel.

There wasn’t any parking available. Breakfast room too small to host so many people (very crowded). Ambiance not what you would expect of a 5-star hotel of this price level. Disappointing experience.
