Very good breakfasts! Very day food was fresh. Good spa, pool and sauna.

No air conditioners and room we stayed in had hot chimney in the middle. It was very hot there at night even with windows open. Bathroom was large but very basic small shower. Also pool did not open until late so couldn’t use it in the mornings which is odd for a hotel.

Spacious room, lovely breakfast, pool, sauna and able to book massage. Beds were comfortable.

Fantastic hotel, second time staying here. Excellent facilities, super clean and tidy, great service. Delicious breakfasts every day. Pool and sauna. Comfortable rooms with everything we need, parking, great location, short walk down the road to the free ski bus at great rates. Can’t fault Hotel Malinowy at all, I’m sure we’ll be back :)

The staff doesn't really speak english, so you need to find out many thing on your own, which is actually easy. Otherwise all of them lovely, smiling people.

Very nice, modern equipments, comfy beds .... Cleanliness everywhere, daily cleaning in the rooms as well, if you don't use the "don't disturbe" plate. Wild range of food at the restaurant, hot and cold plates, beverages, vegetables, cheese, cakes, etc.... Really nice breakfast. The wellness isn't too big, but 100% enjoyable, especially if there are no kids. Nice panoramic view from the balcony to the Tatra and the neighborhoods. All together I recommend to everyone, who needs relax.

Everything was awesome. We were sad to leave. Kind staff, super clean rooms, spa zone and all other facilities. Lovely playground for kids, unside playroom. Just excellent. Mountain view, location in small town Bialka Tatrzanska.

Modern and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Varied and generous breakfast. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the nearest bust stop for the free and regular ski bus. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Minor thing for me but daughter complained about wifi not being fast enough...

The hotel was exceptional. From cleanliness to staff to food- we were spoilt! Loved the fact we could walk to the local town centre and restaurants. Nearby Termy were also reachable by foot. We regularly used the spa were body massage was amazing. Lovely saunas and pool. Amazing views all around. Fabulous place. Highly recommend it!

Really lacked a restaurant. Breakfasts were good, lunches very so-so and served at awkward hours (soup at 1pm, second dish at 4pm), no food available in the evenings, no bar.

There’s only one thing that I was missing. We had a long journey as 12h. We arrived late and tired. All we wanted was a shower and bed. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any shampoo or a toothpaste available in the room. Also, it would be nice if there was a small milk containers. I know it’s not a big issue but that’s something I shouldn’t be worried about too

Hotel, is situated in a quiet place. Away from noisy roads. but it’s also 5min away from the skiing slopes. It’s very clean

Room service was missed on one day and had to request towels at night from the night manager (reception closed at 8pm and we returned late from skiing). Next day room service was resumed. Hotel seems understaffed, there was only one person at the breakfast room rushing around to replace foods and clean tables. Stricter control of who enters the sauna/steam rooms; lots of kids were running in and out, making noise and "playing" in these rooms. These are for adults only and a place of relaxation. While the parents are to blame, having someone by these rooms to keep under control would be appreciated. We visited during NYE when there was a party. We didn't attend and while we expect there to be noise from guests partying, the thin walls meant that you can hear what is going on in the corridors and when the shower turns on in the room next-door. We paid a lot of money to stay during NYE that is why the complaints as it did not feel as much value for money as if we had rented an apartment nearby for a quarter of the price.

Good location to walk to the Ski Lifts, restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast was tasty but would appreciate some options for those on vegan diets, even if it's yogurts/milk. Spa was well maintained and clean, rooms were a good size for 2 people with 3 luggages, beds were ok. Shower worked well. Free parking on-site.

High value of money compared to what’s offered The timing of the spa is only from 5 pm until 10 pm which wasn’t suitable most of the time, there was no receptionist on my first day of arrival which took quite sometime until we were able to check in through a different worker, the area surrounding the hotel is pretty empty of activities so luckily zakopane is close by car.

Curtains didn’t block out light well enough, the walls are very thin and in general you can hear everything that is happening around your room. There was no shower gel, shampoo or soap in our bathroom and after asking for some on multiple occasions, no one actually stood up and fixed this for us. The receptionist only said sorry, instead of standing up, walking to someone from housekeeping, and asking them to get it, for example. Really, really lazy and very disappointing, that’s not how you treat your guests. Language barrier may be a slight issue here, but me asking for these simple things shouldn’t be an issue. Really, very disappointed. Breakfast was extremely chaotic. It is all on 2 tables, close to each other, barely any space for people to move, it all feels very rushed, not pleasant at all. Thankfully there was a nice view from the breakfast area, that was the best part of the whoke breakfast for me. Also, if you have a whole spa in your basement, which is a specific reason people visit and pay for, it would be classy to offer the bath robes as a complimentary part of the hotel/your stay.

The spa facilities are great!
