There was a strange noise at night that was a little disturbing

We regreted that we couldn't stay longer but we want to return.

Excellent. Spotless clean. Quiet. Beautifully decorated. Perfect pool and spa: beautiful & clean pool, really good whirlpool, ideal saunas with access to the outdoor area, excellent relaxation. We took lomi lomi, shea and choco massages for adults and kids with Veronika who is super competent and nice and it was amazing. Breakfast is delicious and the breakfast restaurant is just beautiful and the best place to start the day. All personnel was professional, responsive and really cool friendly people:) the beach and all the attractions of Sopot are behind the corner. Rooms beautifully decorated, warm, new, excellent standard. The kids loved it. The weekend stay in the hotel was a real highlight during cold winter...Sopot is a great place during winter! It is a superb boutique hotel with homy atmosphere, you can feel the personnel is in a good mood as the Polish family of the owners who are also taking care of the hotel are kind people who put their heart and love into what they are doing. Were sad to leave and we want to return.

Everything was perfect. The room was exceptional. The facilities were amazing, we loved spending time in the pool and the sauna, but also in the room. The room was spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully. Breakfast was really delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great too, very easy to walk everywhere and the beach was right across the road. This is one of the best places we have stayed, and I hope we will be back again!

Everything was amazing! The room with a private balcony was really nice and the little touches like Molton Brown shower gel and hair conditioner added someluxury to it. We’ve made use of the free bicycles to go on a long ride along the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel 🙂

We did not like the quality of mattracce on the bed. It was very thin, absolutely soft and after 3 nights our back pained a lot. In the most expensive and best rooms we would expect thick and harder mattracce. This is the reason why we would not choose this hotel next time

The spa! had it to myself a few times; even have a little sun lounger area outside! Also loved that I had a balcony; was crucial to my enjoyment!

Perfect for couples, very romantique atmosphere. The Spa area is very nice but the private whirlpool in the room is really worth the additional money. It was very nice renting a small electric car for free to explore the region. The staff was also very nice.

The only thing we would comment on would be that the beds were a little uncomfortable. And also, we removed the 'do not disturb' sign when we left for breakfast in the morning, but i dont think they checked again after 10, because the room was not cleaned that day. But I bet the staff would be very helpful if we bothered to ask, which we didn't.

The staff was great, very accommodating, pleasant and helpful👍 the interior was very nice and different! The breakfast room was lovely and breakfast was good. They also let us stay an extra hour before checking out, stored our luggage and let us use their facilities until we left in the evening. All in all we loved it and would absolutely recommend.

Everything was perfect.

The best hotel we’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms. All different decor.Amazing. The location was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the hotel, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. The service was exceptional. The staff are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

The automatic front door opens when rounding the corner to go downstairs, letting in the cold air and weather while in bath robes.

Breakfast was delicious and had more than enough for the two of us! I loved the embroidered towels and bath robes. Everything was very comfortable and the facility were kind and helpful. The spa was also spactacular! Highly recommend this hotel to others.

The location is close to the center (approximately 10 minute walk) and the beach, but not that attractive. The bed was comfortable, but pillows could be better.

Probably, the most interesting hotel I have ever stayed at. So much attention to detail! Each room is different; we have upgraded to a room with jacuzzi tub. It was fantastic. The room itself was not really something I would typically go for style wise, but very spacious, clean and functional. The spa was great: immaculately clean and cozy. The breakfast is served to the table and is delicious and plentiful. The staff is lovely. Can definitely recommend to travelers who are into boutique hotels and personal touches.

Very welcoming, accommodating, helpful staffs! From the reception, spa, restaurant, housekeeping staffs are all very nice people! We love the room, it is very spacious, beautiful, and relaxing. Spa facilities are very nice and clean, we rent the private facilities (sauna, pool, and jacuzzi) after 9 PM and it was such a great and fun experience :)
