For about at 10 am the lights in the room switched off. This was only one what I didn’t like.

We arrived by car which is not so easy as the hotel is located very centrally and we drove some rounds to reach the hotel. We were told by the reception to use the parking garage behind the hotel. Unfortunately nobody told us that the parking garage costs 50€ per night! It would have been nice to be informed in advance about these high costs as we assumed the recommendation of the hotel is the best option to choose.

The hotel is nicely renovated and has beautiful rooms. Breakfast was good and plenty, very fresh fruit.

Balcony tiles need to be secured on the floor. Room service menu was not on room booklet or on website.

The facilities said iron Eventually got one after they said there was only 2 for the whole hotel. Paid for a balcony but was locked & couldn’t get on it! No light over coffee facilities Having to put main lights on Not great when others sleeping. Just little things that would make a difference.

New hotel in heart of Katowice with awsome kitchen and helpful staff

a simple thing but the duvet was slightly too small for the bed and therefore kept falling off everytime you moved. The shower looked great and was nice to see a removable shower head but the floor got very wet because of the way it went into the fixture. Also a full length mirror would be useful (even if on the inside of the wardrobe door)

The location was great as in the middle of bars/restaurants. Breakfast was limited and rather expensive.

The breakfast was very disappointing, the scrambled eggs were servely undercooked, the hotel is new, hence would suggest more staff training especially in the food preparation areas, please note the main front entrance to the hotel cannot be accessed by car / taxi, so you need to enter by the hotel back entrance which has a very small drop off area.

-Booked this room before real photos were available. Renderings did not match what I received in hotel. (Current photos are accurate now!) Room was smaller than expected. Sauna cost extra and the steampunk bar didn't seem open or wasn't even constructed yet.. -"Sofa Bed" is a fold out chair made of three cushions. Not comfortable, as there are three splits where the cushions meet covered by a sheet. If you have young bones, you may be fine. -Bathroom only had hand soup. Both bottles in shower (usually body wash & conditioner) were bottles of hand soap. -Fridge was not working. Power was on with light but it was not cold. Just a box with a light. -Not enough floor towels to soak up the flooding shower, due to poor design. -Balcony was frightening. The concrete slabs were not secured and wobbled under our feet. -Power outage an hour before check out without any notice. They were aware that work had to be done when I talked to the front desk about sudden black out. With no light, the room is very dark (black tables and dark walls) and it left us packing with our phone flashlights..

Location was perfect. Simple walk to the Katowice Culture Zone for music festivals. Hotel is new and clean. It has potential to be solid, but needs work in hospitality.
