The apartment needs some essential maintenance to be classed as deluxe. .The shower head is broken and sprays the water on the wall so just a trickle comes out the shower. The bedsheets had holes in them and skirting boards were broken.It was impossible to sleep once the sun rose as the curtains are quite thin and there is no blackout blind or linings so bring an eye mask so be mindful if you are bringing children.The fan in the room was essential as the room got so hot and you couldn't keep windows open because of noise.It was a fabulous apartment and we had a great stay, but it just needs tidying up.

Has popular bar/restaurant in very close proximity which does lead to disturbance until early hours. No air conditioning but fans provided

Amazing location: in the centre of the Old Town; very close to restaurants, convenience store, restaurants; walking distance to all attractions. Very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and lots of space.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable and everything was fine. However, I have a few personal preferences and observations: - **Microwave:** In such a modern and nice flat, I would have appreciated having a microwave available. - **Bathroom Water Drainage:** The water in the bathroom didn't drain as quickly as I would have expected during showers. While this wasn't a critical issue, it is something I would mention if I were staying for an extended period.

We were there over a long weekend, so lots of noise from the open air bar behind the apt. Not a deal breaker for us, but could be a problem for those who need absolute quiet late at night. A washing machine would have been nice, but apt well equipped otherwise. Positives far outweigh the negatives.

Perfect location, 1 minute away from the old town central square and an easy and pleasant 10 minute walk from the rail station through a leafy tree lined park. The apartment was clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful reception staff.

We found the bed too soft so was uncomfortable for us both. Pillows weren't great either.
