Beds and the linen were comfy, right in the middle of the city so that's great it provides lockers too which is always useful for a hostel stay 🙂free of charge

Walls need to be painted. There should be more frequent cleaning due to the high season period. The room was too small for 8 people

The location is amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are 2 plugs by the bed, 1 to charge your phone and the 2nd to plug the individual light. There is no need to bring your sheet. In general, there is a cozy vibe at the hostel. Good price for high summer season

As mentioned in other reviews, the shared Bathroom/toilets could get cleaned twice a day (once in morning and evening). Also shared bathrooms are not easily available during the peak times (mornings and night). There are no basic hand-sanitizer, soap or bodywash available and you need to bring your own. Towels are also not included and you need to pay extra. Cleaning of the bathrooms needs to improve. I would suggest to put the cleaning supplies in every shared bathroom so that the customers can clean it after they have have used the bathrooms. Kitchen is quite basic and there is not much vessels, utensils available. Also cleaning of the vessels and plates is not done during weekends. Kitchen is also quite busy during the peak-times. There is also no lift/elevator and is quite difficult if you are living in the third-floor. The lightning is the rooms need to get better. Even in the common area, stairs and kitchen, the lighting is very dull and dim. For families with kids, i would suggest to book the rooms with private bathrooms as the shared bathrooms are not clean and always occupied. Even though the kitchen should be closed at 11pm, i noticed one day that customers were using at around 12 midnight and i think it would be noisy for those staying at the first floor.

The hostel is in a good location near the Old town with a lot of attractions nearby. The hostel reception staff are friendly. It is hostel with basic facilities if you want to book an economical stay in Gdansk. The rooms are decorated in a musical-theme setup and it is good option for couples and single travelers. The bunk beds were OK. There is also kitchen with basic facilities if you want to cook your own food. For families with kids, i would suggest to book the rooms with private bathrooms as the shared bathrooms are not clean and always occupied.

Beds are not comfortable and very loud when someone is rolling around at night. You can feel some metal bars and wires through the madrass.

Bathrooms are destined to get dirty fast, due to lack of separation between part for showering and the rest of the room. Maybe put something on the floor? When I was trying to sleep some random people came into the room, laughed and tried to leave their stuff but in the morning there was no sign of them. That was really random?

Price were a bit high, probably due to the ongoing events in Gdansk. But for more than 130 euros / night, you would expect them to do a small effort, for instance putting towels in the rooms without having to rent them from the reception...

It was a little dirty in the bathroom, no soap anywhere. It was very dirty in the common kitchen. Walls are thin, so if neighbors are talking on the phone, you will hear it.

Wish it was cleaner (bathroom seemed not cleaned in a few days) but nothing outrageous if you bring your own slippers. Furniture was outdated and no soap.

Location was amazing for tourism and the price as well for the type of accomodation. It was very quiet and i barely heard anyone on the other rooms. Single rooms are in a separate building from the hostel so no noise! Also, in description in Booking it said my room had a shared bathroom but it was in fact private bathroom in the room!
