The quality of the mattress was not good. Also would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

Perfect location, in the city center, a few steps from the main street, but very calm. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Different food and price restaurants are just nearby.

Clean place. Very nice receptionist. Good communication a few days before. I could keep my car in carpark before check in and after check out which was great!

I love the atmosphere in the hotel. It's super creepy in the hallways when you go to the bathroom outside your room. Old furniture but I like it. Right in the main street. Private parking. Loved it.

The beds for a double room are extremely thin. The room was a tight squeeze for two people. This was the only problem I found sharing a room with my dad. The coffee in the morning was extremely bitter but bareable.

I loved how close it was to the town (literally on the road). The free breakfast in the morning was absolutely lovely. The building itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff were all extremely helpful when needed. The free parking and no use of an underground parking.

Beds are uncomfortable and rooms are really small but you get what you pay for.

Rooms are cozy, good for 2-3 people. very close to city center and you can get a parking spot outside if theres not too many people. Really good value

No sound proofing at all. My room was next to stairs and I heard basically each step. Moreover there was some company living in several rooms nearby -they were running to and from each others room like every 5 minutes until late at night. I could not fall asleep though I was veeery tired after the long walk/hiking. Instant coffee for breakfast Not very comfy bed Rooms need some renovation No kettle/tea coffee in the room

The location of the hotel: just in the middle of the main touristic street (not sure though if it is a plus of you are going to ski). Good breakfast except the instant coffee. Big balcony with a Mountain View

Coffee at breakfast would have been good.

Rooms were comfortable, nice bed and good shower. Right at the start of the pedestrian area made it a great location and parking was a bonus. It was out of season so it appeared that there was only us and another couple onsite so it felt a bit strange. Breakfast was good but no coffee! There was a kettle in the room but nothing else to go with it like cups, tea or coffee but there was a fridge.

It would have been amazing to have a kettle in the room so we could have some hot tea after a long day on the slopes! One evening, the staff did make us a pot of tea (which was a life saver!!) but on the other day we arrived back at the hotel too late and reception was already closed.

Great breakfast every morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect if you're interested in trying the amazing restaurants on Krupówki street, and it's within walking distance to Gubałówka, which always provides incredible views.

My room was just next to the stairway and the door is not isolated properly. There's quite a big gap on the bottom so you hear every other guest using the stairway and maybe talking. Or other doors being closed. I'm usually not that sensitive but the noise was a bit too much for me. There should be done something about the door. And the interior, especially the bath was a bit worn-out, but but dirty.

The location is really good. It's in the main pedestrian street of Zakopane where everything happens. The free parking space on the premises of the hotel are a very good option for people arriving by car.

The furniture was a little bit older and the staff at the reception didn’t speak english well (but somehow we understanded each other).

The hotel is located at the center, we have a parking place, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I hate my room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable I wasn’t able to sleep. Restroom was outside my room and it was in poor condition.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. It was very close to every place where I wanted to go.

Loud music at night from the kitchen staff have to go and ask to turn off (was resolved). No renovation inside for a long period of time. Misleading photos. There are a lot of hotels nearby with much better price/value proposition.

Location is the only benefit.

Beds are the worst! could not sleep properly. the room is like from my grandmothers old house. i would not stay there ever. Even the price compare to others was way to high
