Great location - I did a lot of walking from the hotel. Easy to go to the old town / city center. Big room. Only a few with balcony (for example the junior suites) but those with nice view. Drinking water was available in the lobby and twice on every floor. Refillable carafes in every room. Spacious bathroom. Great breakfast - a nice selection of food with daily changes to get you surprised.

Nothing really, but room air conditioning was poor in the end turned it off as it was very noisy for little effect.

It does what it says on the tin. It’s not an experience hotel. Having experienced many of those in my travels. But it is clean with good facilities. However th jewel in the crown is its location, with much being easily walkable or by using the great local transport links

First room smelled like vomit. We had to go to the desk. They changed it. Thought we should get an upgrade for the inconvenience.

Tiny room - we stayed as a family of 4 and had hardly and space to walk around beds. Not even enough space to put down a suitcase on the floor :-(

Nice cozy hotel close to downtown and railway station. Quite, clean room, comfort beds. Good for staying for 1 night during trip in Poland. Nice staff.

Cleaning of the rooms could be a little bit better. We were there for Ironman Warsaw and the hotel didn't change slightly the breakfast schedule to accommodate the MANY athletes that were there so everything was a little bit tight with time but on the whole it was a good stay.

Noting really it does what it says on its tin

It’s a does what it says on the tin establishment. It’s not an experience stay, such as Raffles etc. It’s a good clean and comfortable place to lay your head. However having said that the location is its jewel in the crown.

There was only one plug in a double room and it was below the window, far from the bedside table. Only one side of the bed. This was quite annoying.

I really enjoyed my stay, room was new and clean, nice bed, a wardrobe with hangers, a tv, bathroom was nice, breakfast was very very tasty, location is great, by foot in few minutes to old town. I had amazing trip and thanks to such lovely stay.

For some unknown reason, the simple phrase I said 'I just would like a cup of coffee' during checkout, as I was rushing to the airport, made the other staff representative willing to tell me I could either have a proper breakfast, or just coffee. The carpet in the room looks very worn out by the door.

Staff at check in was very friendly, quiet place and great opportunity to have a rest. Special thanks for assistance during check in!

1. We didn't have a refrigerator in the room which could be nice and didn't have a welcoming bottle of water. I'm not saying that it's necessary but it could've been like that considering the fact that the price of the hotel in those days went high. 2. Beds were not very comfortable. I've noticed later that there is a mattress topper there, maybe it's time to change mattress itself instead.

We spent here just a night and, to be honest, the price in this hotel is pretty good comparing it to some others. So generally speaking, I recommend staying here, everything was good! But don't expect too much. 1. The hotel itself is kinda nice. Staff is wonderful, thank you! And it looks pretty stylish. 2. The rooms are a bit old but they look nice, however, there were some big disadvantages which I'll mention below. But the size of the room was fine, we had a kettle, a gel shower and shampoo, so we had everything we needed. 3. The location of the hotel is fine. It's about 15 minutes by tram if you need to get to the Central Station, easy to travel. And it's 15 min by feet if you want to get to the old town.

Location not ideal. 20 minutes walk from Old Town, 40 minutes walk from main station. If you want a place with local character or atmosphere, this isn't it! - But it ticks all the essential boxes!

Predictable, clean, comfortable, very good breakfast. Typical Ibis: meets all your needs. International. We had room overlooking the inner courtyard and it was very quiet. We were given the choice of this or a room overlooking the main road, with more to see, but noisier.
