First of all, the staff was really impolite. There were three persons by the desk, we were accepted by the man, as I remember the name begins from letter B. We felt as if we were not welcome. Neither a smile nor a normal presentation of information. The employee was unhappy, when asked to repeat the question - he repeated the question in a raised tone. I've seen other comments about poor service, but as I understand, it doesn't matter to the Ibis group. We stayed there for three nights, no one said hello or goodbye when passing the staff, which is sad. Another thing is the size of the room - it is practically impossible to go to the other side of the bed, because the end of the bed almost leans against the wall, so the whole wall is black, because you have to walk sideways. We had booked a Standard Queen Room, but we didn't understand what a Queen was because the bed was narrow, we could barely fit the two of us.

Perfect location, 5min walk to the metro station. Room was clean, modern and the breakfast was really good :)

Hotel was fantastic!! The room was so clean and breakfast was wonderful on the seventh floor where you are able to see the whole warsaw from there and Magdalene was very helpful to us she almost helped and explained us everything about the city 🙏🙏🙏

Very cool interior, had work table in the room, fantastic view from the window. Old town is quite near. Could refill our water bottles in the hallway. Breakfast had a lot of variety, very delicious.

Air conditioner - everywhere even if it’s not so hot in my opinion there is no change to turn off and open the window in the room. I hate sleeping with air conditioner when I know outside is cold as well and can sleep with open window. This is Not available that you can decide that you want or not to be switched on off. This is bad. I Like Hotels where air conditioner is installed with windows / when I open it’s automatically turned off and when closed the windows - turns on/. So I have a control over the comfort over the quality of the air in my room. Our fridge was not cleaned enough, somebody forgot to look into it ;) except that all very clean even sterile!

Great place to stay everything is close - metro bus stop tram etc. In the night is calm so you are still not in the centre of crowded noise traffics. Great breakfast what is a new for me - every this is described in details even what is the producent! Amazing and good thing. Great place to play for children - inside the hotel is located near restaurant open area reserved for children to play, and available 24h. At the 0 level I saw cozy conrner with books, even for kids! Hotel is a very clean place overalls. Big plus - you have water refill every level in the corridors abvailable. Glass for refill stays in your room. No more plastic! I really like this very useful idea.

Smell at the underground parking. Really annoying. After few minutes your hair and clothing gets that smell. Variety of breakfast.

The water refill station in our floor was broken and only got fixed on our last night. Not a big issue, we used water station in another floor. The price/quality ratio was not great, but I guess that's because all prices were inflated due to Taylor Swift's concerts in Warsaw.

Great rooms, big windows, comfortable beds, plenty of options for breakfast. Parking was very convenient, staff was nice and friendly. Great that we could refill our water bottles in the hall, no plastic waste during breakfast, no mini fridge, fast check-out available.

Pretty limited selection of the food during breakfasts.

Location, pretty good style, room was clean and nice. Free access to unlimited filtered water was awesome!
