We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumLiterally my only complaint would be that the shower is unable to keep a consistent temperature. It keeps alternating between boiling hot and freezing cold, which isn't exactly comfortable.

I'm in Nowy Sącz every now and again and always stay at Ibis. Clean, great staff( thumbs up for the lovely ladys who are looking after guests at breakfast),good food. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Highly recommended!

PolandThe room walls could use a bit of refreshment. The hotel is rather located on the outskirts of Nowy Sącz, so it's quiet, but not many restaurants etc. close by. However, there is a direct bus connection to the city centre, so not a big problem after all.
The room was spacious and comfy, clean, bright bathroom. Very helpful and kind-spirited staff. Generous, fresh breakfast. The area is quiet and some rooms even have a mountain view.
