It was pretty hot in room. Even after turning heater to 15 degrees and opening the window. The room need a little renovation

Because of the season, I couldn't order room service. You should avoid Christmas season, if you travel in Poland or Europe.

It was very cozy. The sauna definitely need to try. And bathtub is quite big. Very comfortable and nice.

Good experience generally! The hotel provides sauna and it’s private for a room. The people work in the hotel are also very sweet.

The price of the parking is quite high. There are only two spots outside the hotel area that you can park for free so guests traveling by car will have no other option than to use paid ones. Something to consider especially when staying for longer than a few days.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I liked the atmosphere in the building, feels old yet well maintained. The location of it is just spot on, you can not get any better than that.

The waiter in the restaurant was a bit more ironic with us, kind of having fun at our expense. It is the reason we did not give him any tips. It`s a shame because otherwise, the restaurant was nice, and the food great.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and quiet. We liked the restaurant very much, with a good selection of dishes, Polish and International. The breakfast was generous, with a very good cafe. The protected parking place was also good for us.

Everything was great. The workers were very helpful and the breakfast was really good. We liked this hotel a lot, will stay here again during our next trip to Szczezin, I guess. I can only recommend :)

On the day of a wedding that takes a place close to reception it might be loud in the room till mid of the night.

The hotel is very nice, located in a very good area and it is easy to reach the most interesting places in the city. The staff is very friendly, and helping as soon it is necessary. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast is very good.

No receptionist at our arrival late at night, only a security guard not speaking English that didn't seem happy to welcome us. Fortunately, the situation was later handled in a much more professional way.

Staff was very un-engaged in guests visit. Very problematic to park at first, you had to have booked in advance, which was not the case the times before that we stayed at this hotel. We also “missed” that the excellent restaurant was closed and the receptionist just handed out a list of take away places. The hotel has lost its friendly and welcoming hospitality from before. We will choose other accommodation in the future.

Some staff not welcoming or friendly. Even though hotel wasn’t busy, we were allocated a back bedroom looking over a construction site where work started at 7am so it was extremely noisy.

All rooms are nosy. We tried on both sides. Plus ventilation and AC didnt work well, so we had to open the windows

Unfortunately most of the staff had a hard time smiling & in some cases their service skills failed a bit. Someone should tell them that service & a smile sells!
