The location is great, and I like that there were separate dorms for the guys and gals. The shower was mixed and quite small, with one toilet downstairs, though maybe the fellows had one upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was free coffee and tea. Do remember, as a youth hostal, there is no alcohol allowed. There was only one outlet for two chargers, but we managed fine. Good value for money, basic but adequate for a short stay.

Only disadvantage is all guest are required to leave out 11am to 3pm for cleaning time.

Good ,clean hostel for short stay,very affordable price perfect location in the center of city close to main attractions ,bus and train station. Wifi is not very powerfull but enough for common use. Very quite ,parties and noise not allowed ,night silence after 10 pm required. Good option for people who like to rest and to sleep well.

There is just one shower room. This one room is shared by both men and females. There is not any separate showers. A bit uncomfortable!

There is no power outlet to charge the phone, no individual light beside the bunk bed, the staff seems to be unfriendly but I think it is just because they speak no english, the Wi-Fi is intermitent.sometimes.

The receptionist couldn't speak a word of English. The bed was quite small and you had to make the bed yourself. There was no reading light or socket near the bed. There was no shower curtain or lock in the unisex showers. There's no locker for bags available in the room.

The hostel was close enough to the train and bus station. The receptionist was patient and kind. There's a shared kitchen.

Technically speaking you should return before midnight otherwise you might have to call someone. Beds are very narrow.

Observations: Mattress was very hard so woke up feeling stiff. The rooms lack lockers and bedside lights so bring a torch if you want to read in bed. Also, there was only one power socket in the room although there was a power extension, it just meant you couldn't keep your tech near when charging.

Good location, tucked away behind residential apartments but the area was quiet and felt safe. The hostel is very close to bus/rail stations and a 30-min leisurely walk into the city centre. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hostel was charming, clean and well heated reminded me of YH stays I had when I was in the Brownies and Girl Guides. Good WiFi, kitchen facilities okay and an abundance of hot water.

A lot of mosquitos - maybe provide some mosquito repellent, e.g. plug-ins for the rooms?

I didn't expect much for that low prize - but it was actually VERY nice! Of course it's a youth hostel, don't expect luxury, but it's very clean - kitchen, bathroom, dorm room - it's comfy, the people are friendly. If you're there in summer, I'd just recommend bringing something against mosquitoes, because they also feel very comfortable there. ;-) Also, the location is convenient. Bolt takes you to the train/bus station for 9 zloty, which is less than 2 €.

It is a small hostel meant for school kids but open to anyone. The room was quite small but luckily we were only two girls for the night. The hostel is basic, minimalist and it is clean and the staff is very very friendly and helpful! The value for this price is very good.

A hotel hasn’t minuses.

A hotel is a good location in downtown of Białystok. A room, a bathroom, a kitchen are were clean and comfortable. A kitchen has everything for comfortable stay: a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a plate for cooking, dishes. Staff are very friendship. I recommend to stay and visit.
