The only negative thing I can think of is the location. Kind of far away from everything.

I liked that there was a personal homey kind of feeling to the place. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and I didn't mind sharing it with strangers because there was someone there to clean it regularly. You had a feeling that you were cared for. I also appreciated that there was a kettle and tea (as well as coffee) in the communal area.

automatic lights make sense in hallways and halls but in living rooms or kitchens .. they do not work right. You sit in the kitchen and the light keeps going off and on. very irritating. the living area and kitchen should not have this type of motion sensor lights

I love the common kitchen as a meeting point . I love the outside space.

Unfortunate smoke alarm went out during one night, as another guest was smoking in his room. Besides that night disturbing sleep, all was good.

Svietlana, the housekeeper is amazing, super helpful and nice. We were able to understand eachother although she doesnt speak English. The kitchen part is great, full of utilities to prepare any meal. We will come back the next time we go to Warshaw.

Walls are not that thick, so I could hear well the water and voices from the ground floor room's bathroom (being on the first floor). But there were no noisy guests, so never had an issue with the noise. But for some more sensitive it might be an issue, I cannot assess.

I am a returning customer. I like being here, very friendly cleaning lady, owner also if you need help. Clean, you have a kitchen, fridge, you can cook. Big hall with play corner for kids and a little garden. Several rooms are with a common bathroom, but it is clean, never had issues.

Everything is good. But the owner had better change the iron. Its down-surface is a bit dirty and I don't want to use it if I need to make ironing.

You can save your money by staying there. One room with private bathroom is very acceptable. There is a saloon and kitchen in share at the downstairs. So you can use these areas if it is needed. Your children can play with the toys on there. There is a parking garage in front of the house. Also you can use park street as far as I see. This facility is very cost efficient and satisfactory especially for short term stay.

It was after 22.00 when we arrived and when i called phone number a lady answered right away and helped us. Also, there was this Ukrainian lady , taking care of rooms.. she was so friendly with my wife n daughter. Thank you for giving opportunities to Ukraniain people.

no elevator , no receptionist . hard to get big luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.

close to the major street for public transportation . open kitchen is very convenient. quiet neighborhood. has room with 3 regular beds. staff is very nice and working hard.

It is a very clean, beautiful, and peaceful place. Everything is done with a good taste. There is a nice yard and terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. I spent in Warsaw more than one month and changed more than 10 hotels, this one was the best.

I'm not sure but it seems that there's one shared bathroom for all rooms, and in the morning it was quite difficult to get in.

Super lovely place, great interior and exterior. Very nice yard, comfortable beds, super welcoming staff. Also, you can come with your pets! It's one of the best hostels we've ever stayed in.
