Only 1 bathroom for 10 people, and bunk beds didn't feel very sturdy - wouldn't have wanted to be on a bottom bunk! Communal space was limited too

My only problem was that it was way too hot until about midnight, which made it very difficult to sleep.

The main advantage is the central location, only a few minutes from the high street of Zakopane. The dorm was clean and so was the bathroom.

I got here very early, around 7:30, and the reception was still sleeping, which I understand and I'm sorry for. However, if you arrive too early and fail to contact the reception, you will have to stand outside their house with no idea. At that day It was snowing heavily outside and I turned into a snowman. Fortunately, someone came out an hour later and let me in. Otherwise everything is fine and the staff are indeed friendly. I think whether the room is clean or not actually depends on what kind of roommate you meet. This has nothing to do with the hostel. I can feel that the hostel is doing its best to provide good services. I saw a Korean boy putting his socks on the table where we had food, that’s so disgusting and rude😠

I lived in the 10 peoples room which everyone is friendly and nice. This suite is equipped with living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Surprisingly, the wall between the living room and the bedroom is very soundproof. People outside are chatting, listening to music or watching TV, but sleeping inside is not affected at all. Overall it's very cozy and comfortable to sleep in. Ooofcuz, The transportation here is indeed very convenient, and there is a very lively shopping street nearby, where there are many delicious restaurants, and you can also buy a lot of what you want, including Zakopane’s specialty cheese.

I reached before checkin time, and I couldn't even get in. No one was answering my phone calls or the doorbell. Finally, I could get in when a guest opened the door, fortunately. Some guest stole my money but that's my fault. I had the wallet next to my pillow. It was around 30 EUR.

The front desk receptionist was very attentive and knew that I would arrive at the hotel very late, but still waited patiently. I can still store my luggage after checking out, which makes me feel confident that I can come back to collect my luggage after completing my trip! The lockers are secure with locks and keys! This is my first time staying in a hostel in my life, and I feel great!!!☺️

As per my previous feedback where I had reported an incident but at the same time I would highly appreciate the owner who let me keep my bags for free in the storage facilities when I went for overnight hiking and came the next day. It was very generous of him providing me the locker space when I wasn't staying there for one night in between.

The location was the best. Right on city center. The owner of the property was responsive and even returned the money for our one day stay due to our sudden change in plans.

This was my second time there. This is a good hostel, and the owner fixed some issues there, and now it is so better. It has a great location and a good price. I recommend it.

Well, first of all, we were 2 girls in a defenitely male's room. Not the only 2 girls though, but still the room & bathroom & kitchen were always a little bit messy & smelly ;) The fridge in our room was working but it wasn't cooling. In the male's room unfortunetely someone was always snoring at night, thus we had tones of different snoring experience there. Also those days it was hot and windows were opened at night and some drunk musicians were playing and laughing under our windows I think at least till 2 a.m. Long story short, take the earplugs and you won't regret it ;))

The hostel is nice, very good location lmho. The stuff is friendly and responsive. Basically there's everything you need, including lockers in the room, kitchen, stove, fridge, linens, dishes. I think you can ask for a towel if you need to. There're 2 floors and a couple of rooms there, every room has its own kitchen and bathroom, you can use any of them. WiFi was mostely working: we used it only in the evenings and in one of them it stopped working for a while. In general, I liked the place and people staying there.

The bathroom is quite small for the number of guests. There is no female room, I had to book a mixed room which is not very convenient for me.

It's quite clean. The location is quite good. The staff was friendly. It has a kitchen though not very well-equipped. The view from the hostel is fantastic.
