Modern hotel in city center. Room quite spacious, with teapot, hairdryer and iron. Personal is friendly. Interesting underground parking with elevator. For me everything was just awesome.

the tv was fixed to the wall and i could not reach the hdmi port in order to connect my own computer. The software options for casting to it were not working. Luckily there were tv channels in English

Location is very good (if you are in town with business in thew newly built area of Warsaw) - it's also very close to the train station (10-15 min walk) and other attractions. Breakfast was great - many options on types of food. We were spoiled for choice. Room size was comfortable, decent bathroom and clean. We appreciated the tea, coffee and kettle available. We were in a room without a mini fridge but was not an issue in the end. The hotel has room service and restaurant on premise. Gym was well equipped with filtered water available (this was great!) and the wifi was stable all day for doing VOIP calls.

Parking access is controlled by a physical person who cannot always be found. Most tables in the restaurant are uncomfortable for parties of elderly people.

The food from the restaurant is a disaster! The only edible item was the pizza. The hamburger was the most unpleasant burger I've ever eaten. Additionally, the food is very expensive for its quality. However, the restaurant's opening hours are convenient.

Nice hotel in a great location. I stayed in a room on the 10th floor, and the view was fantastic. The air-conditioning and all other room facilities worked perfectly.

As someone who needs to use a walking stick, it seemed a long walk to the nearest Metro station.

Good shower, good bed, good breakfast. Nice bar area inside and outside for a drink after walking back from the Metro.🙂😍

The only concern I have is that I was told that if I had to leave earlier we could leave and be given a return on extra. We had to leave one day earlier and we are still waiting for a reply. We talked to you about it and you passed it on to the holiday inn. They told us you had to contact them. I will probably be going back to the same holiday inn in Warsaw on May 27 for one day. If you can settle this by then. Thank you Gerard M Ardanaz

It was close to old city as advertised. The breakfast wast great. The service was excellent and whenever we need something it was looked after.

The lighting in the room's corridor was connected to the bed lamps, which was quite annoying as the lights would be switched on at night. In my opinion, the iron was not very good, but it could have just been that mine was faulty. The wifi was good but it can be stronger. Other than that the stay was perfect.

The hotel's decor was very nice, making it feel like more than a three-star establishment. It was very clean, and the staff were professional, kind, and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for both business and leisure, situated in the business area filled with restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of the main attractions. A nice touch was the heated bathroom floors.

The air conditioning did not work properly. We set it to maximum but it did not really cool. And the floor heating in the bathroom was on (in May?). Sometimes it got really hot.

When checking in after a long day, I would just expect a warmer welcome rather being directly asked for the ID.

Very nice, modern and clean property. Excellent location and close to all main attractions. I liked the little terrace outside.
