It was great but the kitchenette needed some cloths, dish detergent and towels. The room is not routinely serviced so remember to ask at the front desk for it to be serviced and for clean towels if you are staying for more than a couple of days

We had a big room, with a separate bedroom. The lounge was big with two sofas, a dining area and kitchenette, fridge and a dishwasher! The beds were ordered as two separate single beds but they were very close together (joined and unable to be shifted apart) and the bedroom was small. One of us moved into the lounge with the pull out sofa and even with the sofa as a bed, the lounge was big enough to still be used. There was lots of storage room, wardrobes, cupboards, drawers etc. The bathroom was large and everything was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly even with a language barrier. The breakfast was outstanding. The beach is nearby as are several restaurants but I would probably avoid the Chilly Willy the mexican one on the way to the beach. Sopot and Gdansk are located only a short drive away or you could walk up the beach to get to Sopot.

hot food at breakfast was already cold even though we start at 7:10 (breakfast is served from 7:00), advertised hamburger at restaurant was terrible, do not order, wifi was pretty slow and connection dropped quite often

Our room was on the ground floor near the main entrance and it was a difficult to heat during our winter stay.

Big very clean room, very comfortable when travelling with kids, even very small ones. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very good and also the à la carte restaurant. The personnel is very friendly.

- Dishwasher haven't worked in our apartment. - No shampoo in the bathroom, just a shower gel. So, it is not comfortable to wash head. - Breakfast is not various. It is the same each 2 days. - As in most hotels, a large scale in the kettle. - No dishwashing accessories (sponge, cloth, dishwashing gel)

It was not my first time in Tulip. I must say that they keep the service on high level. First of all, the staff is always smiling and very kind - seems they feel very good in there. Whatever is needed, they are happy to assist you. I noticed a nice change in service - as eco-friendly person I was happy to see that during stay cleaning is available for all on request (instead of daily cleaning every single room). The breakfast in Tulip - this is still legendary :)

everything was perfect

everything was above perfect! I was traveling with my toddler alone, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, they a ti quickly to every request I made. the location is amazing, you are 2 min walk from the beach and can have a nice walk from there to the molo of Sopot (about 3km of promenade). Lovely room for kids to play, and clean swimming pool.

... so - as a "client's feedback" - I will focus on a few technical and organizational issues that slightly affect the general "atmosphere" of staying in a hotel (the comments applies to the "C" building): 1) my request for an additional chair for the apartment - presented on the first day - was confirmed and recorded by the receptionist, but I did not receive the chair until the end of my stay...; 2) on the floor covering in front of the elevator entrance (also on the 2nd floor - next to the vacuum cleaner described below) there are several large old stains; I don't know how they were created, but they make a terrible aesthetic impression... (carpet needs to be washed or replaced); 3) for the first two days of our stay in the corridor in the middle of the passage to the elevator entrance (on the 2nd floor) there was an abandoned vacuum cleaner and a scattered dust brush - it was taken on the third day; 4) in the bathroom of the apartment there were the following defects: - broken and damaged handle for the shower head (it was not possible to raise the handle, so it was inconvenient for a tall person to use the shower), - leaking washbasin faucet (leakage from under the control lever head - small amounts of water also flowed into the drawer under the sink), - damaged drawer closer (it closed with a loud crack), - broken handle of the brush for cleaning the toilet bowl. I will explain that I did not report immediately the comments described above to the hotel staff, because I believe that this is the scope of duties of the cleaning staff and maintenance staff of the facility. Each apartment should be carefully assessed in terms of cleanliness and technical condition during cleaning after guests' stay, and any defects should be immediately repaired before new guests check in.
