Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

I liked everything in this Aparthotel. I could say it was the best experience with this kind of accommodation (Aparthotel, airbnb etc). It was at the perfect location, close to the downtown and old town, all nice restaurants 10-15 mins walking distance. Amazing staff at the front desk. Olivia was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was great size, clean and comfortable. I liked the size of living room and bathroom. Highly recommend!

United StatesThe 160cm mattress was particularly cheap. The padding in the sofa is worn out and you can feel the sofa bed mechanisms. You can expect a call at 11:15 am reminding you that the check out is at 11:00. You can’t really get into the unit any earlier than 3 PM. They take a 500zl deposit, and you have to sign their supplemental agreement when you check in.
It’s actually a pretty nice apartment, and everything worked, great location right by a metro station and the center of town. They also have a reception office on site.

PolandThere is a ventilation system in the living room (apartment 61) that was noisy at night, and it cannot be turned off. Also, I would prefer to choose a specific apartment, not just a type of apartment, as it feels like buying a pig in a poke. I got a room with a view of a building’s wall. The parking space is a bit costly compared to other rentals in the area.
The apartment is good value for money. It was on the 9th floor, so I did not have any issues with noise from the outside. It is close to the old town, downtown, attractions, restaurants, etc. The apartment is equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff at the reception are extremely friendly, and my request to fix the ventilation was processed as quickly as possible. There is a parking garage available, which is great because street parking can be difficult.

The location was good, close to the downtown and some coffeeshops area, quite a safe area, the apartment was huge and very clean, if we needed some extra towels or blankets - the staff took care of it with no charge. the apartment is well equiped for prepairing food and spend a nice time. nice balcony :)

United StatesThe location was a bit far from the main attractions, but we did not mind walking and you could also easily order a taxi or uber, just be aware that you are not in the center of the center town attractions.
We were very delighted with this accommodation. The room was very large, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, the bathroom was excellent! The bed was also very comfortable. It was very quiet when the windows were closed. We were super comfortable at this accommodation!
