Unfortunately we found the beds to be much too firm for our personal tastes and therefore did not sleep well at all. The sofa is also very firm, so after a long day of walking around the city, there isn’t any furniture to relax on.

The apartment is ideally situated to explore Krakow and is in a smart building that smells lovely! Everything inside also looks modern and the bathroom is a good size and is fitted with quality fittings.

Rented the 2 bedroom unit, will definately do it again Beautiful place, nice size 2 rooms which the family all loved, big lounge and kitchen, with a tv for the kid to watch. 2 bathrooms are a huge help as well. Very close to the market square but no noise heard from there, nice restaurant with delicious bread 50 meters from the flat.

The robes in our room were like sandpaper and had a rip down the arm - didn’t bother with unfolding the rest - and that’s being overly fussy as everything else was perfect.

Huge apartment just like the pictures. Location was great albeit a little bit of noise from the bars below which can be expected for a city centre apartment. Less than 5 mins walk to the main square. Secure entry with key safes inside and a modern lift.

very clean and tidy apartments that are well located in cracow and just a short 2 minute walk to the main square. lots of coffee shops nearby for breakfast. the apartments are new and very clean. the instructions to get into the apartment worked well.

Stunning spacious modern clean apartment 2 minutes from Old Town main square, stayed in 3rd floor apartment, very quiet, modern, super comfy beds, all amenities we needed, also had lift if required, just perfect, our airport taxi was late afternoon so Joanne kindly stored our luggage. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Being woken up two mornings in a row at 5.45am to banging and drilling from next door building with this continuing throughout the day. We had to move apartments as 1st apartment had a pull out bed which is not what we requested and not ideal for older generation!

There were small details that made our experience exceptional: the host gave us a great and close parking recommendation nearby, we were greeted at the door with our room keys, there was a coloring book and colored pencils on the table for our kids, two toilets. It is a very comfortable place with all the kitchen amenities to make meals. We come to Krakow every year and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. We loved this place. We will be back.
