We spent 2 nights in hotel and didnt want to change towels, because we care about nature. But towels were always wet. It would be good to find the solution.

Front desk forgot to include some points into the payment while check/out and then you have to pay after you left the hotel. It’s not comfortable. But I hope it was just reaction of the Christmas mood.

I was surprised of the level of the kitchen. All meals were excellent, waiters was kind and helpful. The hotel itself modern, eco and quiet. I liked it.

They do not have the kitchen open for lunch even if you just want to have a small bite or some food for kids.

We have had one of the best experiences at this property with a true sense of warm hospitality. Felt like Home while being far away from Home. Designed on a very minimalistic concept made out of natural materials yet very comfortable. Though a bit far from City centre, but totally away from all the traffic chaos and congestion. It is located right at the foothills of Tatra Mountains, with the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch being just few mtrs away and nearby to the locations for trekking and mountaineering. The breakfast and food on the menu was very well curated and made amazing drinks as per your taste. The entire team is very friendly, hardworking and approachable. Would definitely want to visit again in Summers and stay at En Hotel.

We booked mountain view room, but through the window see only the trees.

Everything in the hotel is thought out: from a door key to a bottle of water, the rooms have everything you might need. You really can feel the nature in this hotel. Very friendly staff and delicious food.

There is no zone for massage. Not sure it is correct to sell the service when you have only person who make massage, but no conditions to do it. Was very disappointed with this. Small variety of food and small portions, but food is tasty. This hotel is definitely not the best for families with kids.

Very clean, well equipped, with great design of rooms. Very nice staff. Location is good if you want to discover this part of Zakopane. It smells amazing in the hotel, and in the room. Perfect hotel for adults with the primary goal to go hiking.

I liked everything

I liked absolutely everything. The staff the food the service the quality and cleanliness of the room. The best bed I've ever layed in! Everything was amazing. It was my first time in Poland and they made the night I spent there nothing short of incredible. Amazing staff all the way around.

I hesitate to even mention anything negative as the hotel was so lovely. One comment was that the food at the restaurant was too rich, a lot of butter and oil. No simple salad, or vegetables. We would have eaten there for dinner if it had a simpler menu, only thing that was not full of butter for breakfast was oatmeal. That being said, the best bread I have ever eaten!!

The location could not have been better for hiking, right in the park. It was beautiful! Not isolated but private. It had a lovely sauna inside.The decor was elegant yet simple. It was stunning.

I wish I had seen the menu when we arrived - it looked so good when I did see it I would have liked to have eaten more.

Dessert was best I’ve had- delicate interesting beautifully presented. Felt snug and wonderful underfloor bathroom heating. Beautiful touches- pine decorations. I loved it!

The parking is 50 z a day and not so easily accessible now due to reconstruction of the road.

Located in the Tatra National Park, it's amazing for tourism. The complimentary sauna is great and spacious and there are open morning Yoga classes during weekends!

The sauna was blocked due to a massage and several guests where waiting and unhappy. Massages should be done then in the guest room instead of the sauna

The breakfast menu was limited to 5 egg dishes and two porridges (not great if you're allergic to egg). There should be gluten free bread available. Sauna should have a sign "please remain silent and relax" to let people know you should not disturb others with their chit-chat. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel was very quiet and located in a beautiful spot. High quality of the materials and interesting design. Sauna with a beautiful view. Very tasty cuisine; thought through dinner menu. Yoga classes in the morning. Very nice service and we'll organdie transport form and to the parking/station.

The staff, while we can see they are trying, there’s a lot to improve. Since the reception with one single person working, even if there are others nearby… In the restaurant area we can see the lack of experience. On top of that, they add the service fee by default, even without asking.

Almost everything was perfect! The standard is high, the materials are good and the design combines elegance with a twist of rustic. The restaurant tries to use local products without becoming boring.
