The room was a little small and there was no AC only a desk fan which wasn't sufficient for this time of year (June) The room was always uncomfortably warm resulting in poor night's sleep.

The staff and location was great. A small shop is a 2 min walk away, bar and club at the bottom of the hotel so there was always something to do. Being so close to the old town meant there were lots of options for food.

The personnel is very nice and helpful, very responsive. Even before the visit, they contacted me couple of times proposing support including airport transfer. The location is perfect, close to everything which you may want to see in Cracow. The room we took was for 6 people.

We brought luggages, quite struggling with carrying the bags as there was no lift.😅

Some of the beds were uncomfortable, too soft! Please replace some of the broken mattresses.

The location of the hostel is great! It is in the old town, so all the facilities are nearby. Our room and private bathroom were clean. The hostel is also cheap, so good value for money!

We couldn't find the hotel when we arrived. Basically there is a club called lastriko. You need to enter the yard here and the door for draggo house is inside on the right. The sign for it is on the ceiling. So you need to be looking out for it. Use maps to get to lastriko club then go inside. Otherwise you won't find it. The walls are very thin so you can hear into other rooms which is annoying. So earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper. The shower was broken however I reported this and it was fixed the next day which was perfect. The TV also didn't connect to the internet so we couldn't watch telly but again that was sorted. One thing I did notice was the wall lights were hanging off the wall on the top bunk. I believe this is because the walls are plasterboard. I was going to sleep on the top but decided against it because the light was loose.

The shower had constant hot water. This is a must for me wherever I go. So definitely pleased with that. The beds were the comfiest iv slept on. The location is fantastic. Self check in was brilliant. There was a smoking area near reception which was convenient. Hairdryer toilet paper and hand soap included. Towels are also included but they are thin and tiny. No hand towel is included The rooms were very nice and warm even though the heater was on a timer beyond our control.

- We stayed in the hostel on Saturday and it was very noisy in the bar downstairs. Thankfully we had our earplugs and could sleep. But it was noisy till 4-5 am. - Unfortunately, there is no shampoo or gel in the bathroom. Also, there was just one towel.

- The best thing in this hostel is where it is located. We arrived at the central train station and got to the hostel on a walk. - Also, all the main places to visit are very close. At the same time, you do not hear the noise from the city center. - There is a good restaurant downstairs where you can have breakfast. - It is pretty clean inside.

While we were in hotel there was nobody in restaurant until 10pm so we dont have breakfast. But maybe its our mistake becouse we dont buy them althought i was thinking that i book room with breakfast.

We had issues with the keys and unfortunately the staff were not there to help and would not answer their helpline which caused us a lot of stress.

Loved location, storage in bedrooms was excellent and the room was clean and airy.

Place is a bit worn (not the toilet but other common facilities and the room). Noisy party groups kept us awake during nites and since there is no staff during nights no one controls this. This is a big minus and wouldn't recommend property anymore with kids due to.

Location is nearly perfect, close to all old town activities.

It was a really small room without the window, which I was aware of, however, I'd expect a lot better ventilation. It looks bigger in photos and it's uncomfortable especially in the summer.

The beds were very very soft. Also the staff could’ve been a little friendlier and more engaging.

The location was absolutely fantastic, plus the add of having a very nice bar just downstairs! The room was spotless and the bathrooms were also clean. It also felt safe and secure at all times. Great value for money and perfect for a stag party.
