The room was on the top floor of a building without an elevator, poor soundproofing in the room, lack of cosmetic accessories (shampoo, shower gels...) in the bathroom.

The room was spacious enough for one person, while the bathroom was very spacious. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of all the attractions, the main bus station as well as the tram station and airport bus stop.

I have no. Nice hostel!

We spent one night in this hostel. We traveled from Greece to Ukraine through Poland. The most important for us was: -24-hour reception desk -availability of a storage room for luggage (after check-out) - close location to the train station and to the city center as well - price. And I can say everything was OK.

A small request but it influenced to a large extent the rest, this is the floor in the rest rooms. The old parquet is very creaking and everyone who came up or waste from the bed could feel it all in the room. that's the only point I asked you to pay attention to.

New mattresses are needed. The springs are noticeable. Other than that, I have no complaints!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's in a great location, close to everything. Close to stores, transit, train and bus station.

the walls are very tine so you can ppls from upper floor and near rooms. on the uppee floor at 3 o clock inthe night someone was packing so u could not sleep

I loved the atmosphere in common areas. It was clean. The dorm was quite big, it has 2 sofas in the middle. You can also leave your luggage there after check out for free.

It was very noisy, with people repeatedly trying to enter, mistaking it for the dorms - even during the night, which made it hard to sleep. The room is in serious need of renovation, it is quite old.

It was fine for a one-night stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. There’s a convenient luggage room where you can store your bags before check-in. The shared kitchen and washing machine looked good, though we didn’t use them.

Had to make our own bed even though we were in a private room. Stained and ripped sheets.

No lift, if you have heavy suitcase can be difficult. Towel extra 5 ZLT loan fee for each.

The mattress was very uncomfortable you can feel the springs . The wifi did not work in the room only in the common areas. I was on the top floor lot of stairs no elevator. Very hot during the day you cant be in the room it was plus 30 degrees inside.

Its in a good central location , close to the main train/ bus station downtown . Lot of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Nice area the city is nice everywhere.
