You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location, right in the centre of the high street, short walk to transport links and at the same time peaceful and quiet. Spacious room with comfy beds. Staff very discreet, wonderful place to stay when visiting busy city.

LithuaniaThe room wasn't cleaned on the first day. There were no fruits for breakfast (at least fruit salad could be served) No choice of cookies. What was really frustrating was that the stuff (except for one lady) were unable to speak English which means it is almost impossible to ask anything or get advice. It seems this is the problem of all Poland. It was rather dark in the room (if you are on business and have to work, it may cause a problem). NB There are steep stairs even to enter the hotel.
The beds were comfortable. A bottle of water was prepared in the room:) A kettle, cups, coffee/tea/sugar are available in the room. For breakfast, there were some options to choose from: dairy products, eggs, grilled pork (only one morning out of four:(, sausages, some vegetables; tasty ground coffee. The receptionists were trying to do their best: e.g. called a taxi, found the direction when they were asked for, etc.

Germany- breakfast is good but also pretty basic - walls are thin. You can hear conversations from the room next to you (our room was 202) - wifi was pretty bad. Maybe this was a problem with the internet connection in general which was very slow in our room
- perfect location on the mainstreet - parking is free, but you have to drive to the back of the building. Better ask for the exact adress of the parking spot in advance - comfortable beds - very clean - good value for money
