It was not first time when we are traviling 2 adults+child and somehow no linen for the sofa in the room, we needed to ask. But received immediately, without any problems. But the sofa really needs to be vacuumed. Narrow blanket on the double bed. The floor in the restaurant was very slippery. And be patient to find parking spot in the center, but actually it is not a problem of accommodation.

Great location, windows to the calm yard, no noise. High ceiling, used to live in similar apartment in the childhood, so was very nostalgic. Personal with whom we communacated was very polite.

There is just public parking, so there was nowhere to park. We arrived on weekend, public parking was overcrowded, it was difficult to find where to park and of course we did not find parking place close to apartment. There were no hot water in apartment. Blankets and towels were washed, but old, with some spots, not very nice to use. Breakfast was available just from 10:00 and very simple.

In booking what has been said on the availability of parking isn't true - parking is on a nearby street and hard to find, in addition, it is necessary to pay for it separately, free of charge from 8.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. Premises need cosmetic repairs, electric socket is not safe for children. No soap in the bathroom. No access to warm water!!! - it isn't good. It was cold.

Breakfast was very delicious, enough for guys, available from 10.00 a.m. Hotel owner was responsive, but only he can speak with us in russian or english. The hotel is in centrum, so everything is available at a short distance.

in one of the room there is no curtain so sky light morning - the bed in this second room is of poor comfort - the lack of shampoo/douche soap

we were able to leave our luggage several hours before entering the renting of the apartment. the location is ideally situated to reach all sightseeings. the fact that the restaurant made a discount offering the desserts ! very convenient

IT would be perfect it there would be a microwave and/or small cooker to cook a hot food in the property.

Perfect location, 10 minutes walking to every Warsaw attraction: Palac Kultury, The Presidents residence, the Old Town, Centrum Nauki Kopernik, the University's lybrary and many others. Quiet place, it was always possible to find a parking place nearby despite the fact it is the very heart of the city. The host is extremely nice and helpful. On the ground floor there's the best Polish cousine restarant.

Low quality of the accommodation, overall; 3rd floor (attic) with no elevator. The “apartment” is a two-chamber room really, relatively spacious, but with no sense of a kitchen or even a kitchenette (or a sink, at least). Even a refrigerator was outside the room, common with neighbors. The restaurant (a good one indeed) downstairs - 63 stairs, counted! - would actually cover for any shortage, but this was not exactly what we expected.

Friendly, very helpful staff, a genuine effort has been made to make our staying comfortable. The management, a generous one, offered a lot of assistance in the effort to make us happy (many thanks for that!). The property is located in a very attractive spot, convenient in many ways. A very attractive price, at some 36€ per night.

Breakfast served since 10am... Didnt have chance to try them. But staff prepared stgh small for us to have at least something to go. One of the apartments is located right next to laundry room entrance thru laundry hall.

A lot of bad thinks Wrong description .. -this is not an appartment .( only bedroom with a small sitting are and bathroom on the third attic room with a difficult staircaise obstractwd by old furniture on each landing wth a wobblymetal handrais -..No Sink, No Kitchen, No Fridge, No cups or plates. -Tv very, very bad (only a few basic chanels, No News chanels No Sport chanels, - All furniture equipment is verry, very old .. .(ready to be scrapped) P S . I have a lot of pictures as an evidence to support mi opinion

Where to begin... Broken door handle, hard to lock the door, no internet in the room, water in the shower going cold hot every 20 seconds, wobbling toilet. In general it's a very old apartment. But even though it's old with care it could be looked after properly, sadly not not this one.

The only two things I liked was 15% discount in the restaurant downstairs and the location. Main street. It takes 19 minutes on foot to get to Copernicus science museum, and just few minutes on foot to get to the shopping centre. On the street you have hundreds of different food places, bars, pubs.

The wifi was very bad , if you need it for you work probably not the best option. My cousin needed it for classes and the manager helped with diferent one. The kitchennet is juts a kettle and dishes , dont count on cooking or warm up meals . But restaurant downstairs is pretty good.

There was missing a little refrigerator.

I was traveling solo by train with my backpack on my shoulders from KraKow to Warsaw. This place is just few steps from the Central Station and on the main road of Nowy. As for message, I was welcomed by the host at the Regional Restaurant where I got 15% of discount on dinner and a complimentary glass of wine. The apartment is cozy and there is all you need. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Don't miss it!
