The only thing didn’t work properly was WiFi, it was slow on the 4th floor and barely loading anything. But the reception area was great for calls and work stuff.

Modern, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay in Krakow. Easy access to the public transport and to the city.

Parking on-site but have to pay extra,we had to go to another building for the room. So parking and breakfast is in the other building. It was good weather so ok. Staff at the bar and restaurant was so so.

The air-conditioning is bit strange. Parking is under the ground but we didn't know it and took a day to figure it out how it works. Otherwise there are plenty of spaces there but you have to pay for it.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Many options for everyone. The hotel is close to the tram station. Hotel has got a restaurant and it is open until 10 if you check-in late and you need a nice dinner.

This hotel is amazing. The room was large and comfortable, the staff were most helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a tram stop, so traveling to the Krakow Old Town is very easy - it takes 15-20 minutes depending on where you want to go.

I didn’t have internet access, even with my phone’s data connection, because my room was in a dead zone. and also we had water just for first day.

The only disadvantage is that the air conditioning does not cope.

The room was very clean and modern, the tram station nearby, Kaufland behind the hotel, underground parking (45 zl/day).

We had a problem with the electricals in that the power would stop and restart all night long. Using a cpap machine meant that I didn’t get any sleep as I couldn’t breathe and the phone chargers kept beeping on and off. Not sure if it was just our room but do check first if you use a cpap

It was fresh clean and modern. The staff were great as was the restaurant and the bar. The rooms were beautiful and fresh.

Modern building is clean, but a bit soulless on the outside. Lack of green turns the outside area in an oven during the summer. Hallway temperature was too high. Poor wireless Internet connection in the rooms. (Lobby and restaurant area had excellent reception). Despite these small issues, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast options. Clean hotel and premises. Professional staff that makes you feel welcome.. Good location due to excellent public transportation options. Nicely designed rooms. High quality beds and showers. Agreeable climate in the hotel. All in all highly recommended! Also: Zakrzowek lake and swimming pool (former quarry) is around the corner!

Everything. New and clean, nice location (don’t be scared, the tram is at a 2 minute walk and takes you to the old town). 10 min walk from the hotel you have the lakes with amazing swimming pools.

Lack of kindness and support from the staff at the reception and at the bar.

Far from city center but tram station is out of the hotel and city center is 20min far away. New hotel, new nice rooms, acceptable breakfast. Close to university campus.

Just a few details short of great: towels (there was just a bathroom foot towel), a bowl would be welcome (there were some cups and glasses), and some tea (there was coffee, though!)

The only bad thing was the noise from the street, my mom had trouble sleeping because of some car alarm that was on all night.
