Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

LithuaniaAs usual, we got what we wanted. But as a Summer season prices are a bit higher than we expected. But we love this place to relax on the way from Kyiv to Vilnius.

CanadaSome more information about how to get to Downtown Warsaw would help. This place is begging for a shuttle to a nearest transportation hub, like Wawer train station or Goclawek(or Goclaw, I am not sure). Also charging for sauna is a bit uncool. Pool and the locker room isn't well designed. There are on 2 levels and is bizarre to walk wet over the stairs to change at the lcoker room. Charging for a sauna, I don't like in any hotel.
Good breakfast, It's an excellent location for a retreat, not so much if you are planning to go to Warsaw other than your own transportation. Quiet and peaceful. Very nice interiour furnishings. I appreciate that the hotel decided not ot charge me for parking. Pool is very swimmable.

LatviaHotel located in different building than pool and restaurant. If you travel in spring or summer, no problem. Breakfast was standart. Pool was warm. We enjoyed bubble bath especially. A la carte restaurant was very good. Overall- you get good service for the price.

PolandIt's necessary to go to the spa via the street. In winter it's not comfortable. The spa needs repair, some staff is not working, and the wall paint is starting to slice. The breakfast is between 7 and 10 on weekends. Nobody needs breakfast at 7 on Sunday :) No deserts excepting jam. No food delivery in rooms.
Rooms are big. The location is good enough.

LithuaniaOnly one socked worked in our room(in bathroom🤷♀️)
Green, calm territory around. Surely, the best season to stay is Summer. Love to swim early morning when sunlight's passing through big greenhouselike windows and falling into water ❤️ Pool is open till late evening and starts working early morning, which is nice for late arrival and early depart. Good restaurant's cuisine: short but informatively enough dinner menu. Desserts are something 👌

LatviaWe're quite picky eaters and some had to leave breakfast wanting for more. But I don't see that as a disadvantage as it's common in smaller hotels, just don't go expecting a world class cuisine or a wide selection of dishes as in some larger hotel chains.
Somewhat remote location - which was preferable for us, but might not be the case for someone else. Had some issues to notice the entrance to the hotel grounds, but the parking lot is otherwise quite spacious. The highlight of the visit was the swimming pool which was well liked both by adults and the children alike. But beware - even at the most shallow part it's well above 1.3 meters. Although there were some swimming aids available.

LithuaniaBreakfast is quite poor comparing to other hotels of same level Slippery wooden stairs between pool area and spa.
Calm and green (forest) location close to highway - good for travelers. Hotel building emotionally reminded me of40's of XXth century: entrance, greenhouse styled restaurant. Nice and big pool with jacuzzi corner. Comfortable beds👍

United StatesI would recommend they inform guests upon check-in that daily room cleaning is only upon request. The international industry standard, of course, is that cleaning happens daily unless explicitly cancelled by the guest. It's fine to have a no cleaning policy, but since it's the opposite of the industry standard, it should be mentioned upon check-in so guests aren't sitting around wondering why nobody came to clean their room. Also, this level of hotel should have a mini refrigerator in the room, in my opinion (industry standard again).
Everything was fine. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was slightly better than what one would expect. The pizza at the restaurant was sublime, one of the best I've had in Poland.

UkraineNot at all to complain about, just be aware that this is a popular place for weddings so might be crowded on the weekends.
Nice location, the hotel is surrounded by forest, quiet and peaceful, fresh air around - even it's just on the edge of the city. Walking, running, and biking opportunities - Visla River and tracks are within 20-25 min walk. Nice swimming pool and saunas.
