The breakfast presentation and selections were poor. The hotel needs an upgrade.

I booked a Premium Room which included a Lounge. It was spacious. Room was cleaned timeously. The Bar lounge was fantastic, the service was quick and drink were well priced - even the Aussie Wines were good!! The location was ideal for my needs and walking distances to the business centres.

Location was good and the concierge supervisor (Paul) was excellent in helping me negotiate what I wanted to visit in the city and stay safe during the impending typhoon. He made sure I had an umbrella and was confident when I was sightseeing alone.

- Breakfast is good, but it’s really expensive if not included in the price. Works out about £15pp per day. - The coffee at breakfast was below average and wore a bit thin by day 3. - The wallpaper in our room (1622) was peeling off. I hope it wasn’t caused by damp because we had our two children with us. - we were told there were not baby high chairs at breakfast on our last morning, but I could see them. Strange.

The location is excellent, and most of the staff were extremely friendly. The whole hotel felt very clean. There’s a kids club on Sunday early afternoons that we were disappointed to miss out on. The woman at the concierge desk this morning was absolutely fantastic and very friendly. She helped us get a taxi, assisted with our luggage, and even gave our son a little cuddly toy. The breakfast has a good variety and quality, making it a very convenient facility. There’s a hot and cold water dispenser in the restaurant, which was perfect for making up baby formula. The staff let me use it at any time which was super handy. There’s hair conditioner in the bathroom which is a real winner for me!

The bar wasn’t open for the first 2 nights which was disappointing. We also paid for a late check out but our room swipes weren’t updated so my husband had to go back to sort out, the staff were unfriendly towards him before the issue was resolved.

Good location and value for money. Pool and gym facilities were clean and never crowded.

I was a bit bemused to be told that there was not enough time to arrange an airport transfer upon arrival, despite me contacting them 36 hours before I intended to check in. Doesn't seem like it should take an inordinate amount of time to organise a man with a car and a board with my name on it. Anyway, it's easy enough to get the MTR - Wan Chai station is a 10 minute walk.

conviniently located, reasonably priced, rooms size is correct, equipment in good shape. Totally ok for a stay of several days. Swimming pool is a bonus after a day of work. A good business hotel, who wants high luxury must check other options.

All in all, everything was great! The cleanliness and staff were excellent, and their attention to detail was impressive. I especially want to highlight Paul Chan, whose hospitality and problem-solving skills are exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel because of him. His language proficiency is outstanding and extremely helpful, and he works quickly and efficiently. He has excellent experience as a hotel concierge. It’s safe to say that without him, the hotel’s level would be more standard in every aspect. I can confidently say that he is a true asset.

I liked everything.

The beds are excellent as well as the Pillows. Very quiet considering how close the major roads are to the hotel. Perfectly positioned Hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast time at the weekend only until 10 and from 9.30 most of fresh fruit and bread already gone. The main lobby was way too cold especially coming from the outside.

Rooms were too small and cramped, no space to move pass the dehumidifier. Bad odours in passages, due to damp possibly. Adjoining room, had a good size twin room, but double room was cramped, even the bathroom
