It didn’t say anywhere that when you stay at Platinum Adults you need to check in at the reception at the main building of Platinum Hotels which is a bit further up across the street.

Sauna in the room, the room was big and clean. All needed facilities were there.

When we checked in and especially checked out, nobody was in the Adult reception so we had to go check out to the main building with our suitcases etc. Breakfast was rather small, it had some hot options too and vegan options as well but the selection and quality wasn't really what you expect in a 5* hotel, it is something that could be improved. However, considering the low price, it was ok.

The hotel will likely not impress you, but overall it really great value for what you pay and we would come back - the rooms in Adult section are quite new, the bed is comfortable, two minutes by walk from the main building with saunas. Soap and shower gel in the bathroom was of a good quality for a hotel. The wellness in the main building has 3 saunas, steam room, relax room and swimming pools, in the morning it was pretty empty, in the evening quite full, again, for what you pay, the value is good. Location is pretty close to the main area with shops and restaurants.

Apparently they have multiple buildings spread among the street so it took us a while to realise where to go for a check-in. not obvious at all. and to figure it out I did call them 10 times, none of it I got any answer.

The location was perfect either to go skiing or climbing or to go to the town centre. Our apartments were superior ones so we were really satisfied with the size and a sauna in the bathroom. Fast internet, comfortable beds, everything was really good.

We stayed 4 nights and the room was not cleaned even once during this period. The hair dryer was not working in the room and the problem wasn't resolved

The kitchen is really for the basic cooking. There is almost no equipment, but you can survive with the prepared meals from Biedronka (a few meters away). No room service, but also no cleaning staff in the apartment (eg no way to clean the floor if you stay longer).

Newly built apartments. Private sauna in bathroom. Lift to the higher floors. Private balcony. Very comfy. Quite big room. Good breakfast. Parking just a few steps from the door. Good location close to the lifts. A big plus is a free usage of pool in the five star hotel across the street. Overall very good! :)

- When we arrived at the hotel they gave us room on the ground floor. This room didn't have a balcony (as you can see on the photos from booking) but "terrace" which is actually just a concrete plate without any infrastructure or fence. So you have just an extra exit to the street. When we started arguing with the personnel on this issue the guy tried to convince us that there is no difference between a concrete plate with a view to neighbouring building (you can see the ground floor on the photo) and the balcony with a view to the mountains. After 10 minutes of discussing he finally agreed to change the room for us (even though there were no mountain view as on the photo from booking). When I came for new key he hadn't said hi or apologised, he just handled the key saying "first floor". - No room service. So nobody will change your towels or linen and nobody will clean your room. Luckily we met nice lady who changed the towels for us even though it wasn't included. - False door alarms. If you are closing the door as usual you will hear the alarm which never stops. It took some time for us to understand that you should lift the door up in order not to cause the alarm. - When we were leasing the hotel we were asked to pay for it besides we have paid in advance. Also we were asked to pay for the parking, but we haven't used it. - Freezer was covered by ice so much that it was impossible to close the fridge - We found empty bottle of Soplica in the bedside table - Doors incide the room were difficult to close. - There were no shampoo or at least 2 in 1 shower gel plus shampoo.

+ Room was big, with all facilities needed, bedding and towels were clean, soap and shower gel were expensive and nicely smelled + Sauna inside the room was a cool feature especially for cold winters + Free access to swimming pool and sauna complex (it is located 200M from the hotel) + 3 restaurants in the territory of hotel complex with different cuisine
