The common room/Reception area doesn’t give the same vibe as the rest of the hotel. I think the decor is too minimalistic for that area.

Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. There were problems caused by our airline that ruined our stay, however the hotel went above and beyond to make us more comfortable and to try to make up for the damage caused by the airline.

located in the old town, the property is a former palace that has been renovated to the highest of standards. There are many 5* hotels that are quite ordinary...... Hotel Bellotto is not ordinary. it is tasteful and magnificent. The staff are wonderful, special mention to Adrian on reception, a lovely guy. Miadova and Foccacia the in house coffee shop and Italian restaurant are well worth trying. Bellotto ...... a very special hotel, definitely one of my favourite stays.

The lift was no working and the beautiful staircase is step and long. Then more stairs down. I am elderly so it was a hardship for me.

Beautiful architecture and grounds. Great location. Comfortable and luxurious rooms. Excellent restaurant and outdoor Bistro wonderful at night. Refrigerator stocked and water always available. The wonderful staff was so helpful and happy to assist with stairs and luggage.

NO ELEVATOR. I am elderly and have bad knees so this was really a problem. Lots of stairs up, then down. It was challenging and difficult. They have an elevator but it is not working and I don’t think it has worked for sometime. Coffee and hot water in rooms but fresh coffee was a long way away to restaurant. A big place so lots of walking and stairs. I had to plan very carefully. Staff was wonderful and so helpful and that made all the difference. The hotel entrance needs a bit of power washing. Not impressive but understand it’s historic significance.

Beautiful architecture. Great location to Royal Castle Square. Rooms beautifully appointed. Comfortable and cosy beds. clean. Restaurant and outdoor dining wonderful. Food was fabulous and Italian wine the best. Parking on site right out front. Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Good English. Wifi excellent. AC good in rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bellotto Hotel in Warsaw which was improved by the fact that we received a free upgrade to one of the apartments which were large, light and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed at meals at the Hotel's Focaccia restaurant as well as the ice creams and desserts at the Hotel's cafe. The common areas were also comfortable and beautifully presented. I look forward to staying there again the next time I am in Warsaw.

As I see it’s a problem for Poland, they are not informing what you have in hotel.. Where is SPA, Where is Restaurant, what we can buy extra ? How can we spend time .. Like this things but staff is good just without experience)

It’s luxury, elegant and comfortable place. It’s exceptional hotel with its own history and just 20 apartments. Breakfast was very tasty. Location is in heart of Warsaw.
