Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

MalaysiaThe wifi was good for a short while only. Could not log in after coming back from our dinner until the time we checked out. That was a bit of a disappointment. Informed but owner could not do anything. In hindsight, the service given is good.
The near distance to bus and train station is why we choose this apartment. The room is clean and the shared kitchen & toilet were all good. No hesitation of recommending this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Warsaw. Replied from apartment was really good. Appreciate that very much.

The ventilation of the bathroom was so bad, that the dampness also was to feel in the room, so I could not sleep because of the smell of it. All the beds and furniture was also smelling like that. So, not sure I would choose this place another time...

United KingdomThe room had just few drawers and not a wardrobe. It can be filled with more things even to make the room more appealing. It feels like empty and cold in terms of atmosphere.
Art Modern city centre is located in centre of Warsaw. From there, you can reach the new city centre and the old town by walking. The thing that characterises the facility was cleanliness. Everything was tidy and clean. The check in was automated and I can say the procedure was well explained. The check in was easy. Overall, I had a great experience staying there. The value for money was perfect. Not expenaive at all.

UkraineThe hotel located in the centre of city and it’s easy to find it. The room was clean. But there was happened a nasty situation: Two women came to my room at the midnight when I was in bed already. They told me that they got the same room in the same time. We find out that the host send them my information by mistake. It was really scary to sleep knowing they can come again because they know the code to my room. The host doesn’t even wrote ‘sorry’ to me after his terrible mistake. I will not recommend this hotel for anybody. There is no privacy in the hotel.

Worst of all, I couldn't get in to the property and had to find another place to stay on-the-fly in the middle of the night.
