Besides uneven bedroom matress, there were just minor things, which didn't have affect on the stay.

The apartment was pretty large, so it was actually comfortable to stay for two nights, air conditioner really helped during hot summer weather, convenient store at the first floor of the building was also nice, the apartment itself is situated next to the bus/tram stop, so it's not hard to commute to the city center.

Location, apartment was clean, good public communication to centrum and Old Town, groceries and good restaurants nearby, Zakrzówek very close to the apartment, very strong internet connection in apartment.

I know that smoking in your property is forbidden, but when we arrive we smelled that someone was really smoking his lungs of in this property. We had to have opened windows for like 12 hours to not smell it.

I like that there were 2 rooms, one bedroom and second as kitchen and living room. Wifi was fast and it was like 5 minutes to center by scooter. There was a shop next door from main entrance.

A very minor point, having a toaster would have been nice so we could have our toast at breakfast.

Although the apartment isn't in the centre, it is served by 3 tram lines which run frequent services and you're in town in 10-15 minutes. There is a small shop in the block and a big shopping centre just up the road, including the supermarket Kaufland. The apartment was well maintained and very clean and met our needs. Full instructions were emailed to us the day before arrival and any questions were promptly answered. As this was our 3rd stay in this block, we knew the routine so it was all pretty straight forward. We will certainly stay here again on future visits.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a big issue—the sofa was covered in hair. We arrived as a family with a child and had to clean because it was dirty. We also didn’t like the bed; I kept sliding off it the whole time. The towels had stains on them—good thing we brought our own.

I had a car, and there were plenty of free parking spots near the house. It's a great location—any point in Krakow is just 5-15 minutes away from there. On the plus side, communication with the landlord was very quick.

Very badly furnished. No coffee table, lack of side tables or small lamps, lack of any decoration. The standing lamp in the bedroom broken. Lack of reading lamp in the bedroom. Very sad and unwelcoming space. I was not able to use the stove as it was somehow locked.

The broken sofa (you can’t even sit down, much less lie down). The broken mattress on the bed. The TV is not smart and is over 15 years old. Broken blinds in the bedroom. The socket for the fridge is barely holding on and is life-threatening.

Location: Close to the tram, to the Krakow center. Large balcony. Good cleaning. There are iron, ironing board, dishes, hair dryer.

The apartment needs renovation! The furniture, walls, and plumbing in the bathroom are not in the best condition. There is no hood above the stove, so when cooking food the smell spreads throughout the apartment. The bed linen was covered in some kind of animal fur. It would be nice if the owner provided shampoo and shower gel.

great location. The windows face the courtyard, so there is no noise in the apartment from the road that runs along the house. The owner provided an additional set of bed linen for the sofa free of charge. Tram stop near the house. You can quickly get to the old town. There is a grocery store right in the house where you can buy food.
