No sink in the kitchen but we came to relax and not wash dishes 😁 so thank you host for not putting one. Can be loud from main street and elephant neighbours upstairs Stairs are long but at least I got my heart rate up 😁 also people in the neighborhood were very friendly

We stayed in room nb.2.The room was big, and the coffee tea sugar were there. The Jacuzzi was brilliant - we needed a bit of advice from the host but she replied within seconds. Very close to the main square, pharmacy and shop that are literally within 2 seconds from the main door. The room (if not the neighbours upstairs running like elephants) was quiet at night. During the day there is noise from trams and cars but it's not rocket science to know that it was going to be loud if I booked accommodation literally at the main road. Perfectly working aircon and all dishes were there plus microwave. I highly recommend this place very much. Thank you so much for having us 😊

Hot tub was cold, think we must have ran out of hot water. We was tired at the time anyways so just gave up and went to bed. Can be loud as next to tram line.

The bed could have been more comfortable and the interior can be a little shabby in places. There is no Aircon which is clear in the description, there is a portable fan.

The jacuzzi is great, staff was very attentive through WhatsApp, decor in the room with rose petals was great, 2 towels for each person, nice shower gel.

It’s right outside there is a tram stop which is good for getting a tram, but wakes you up early with regular stops. The jacuzzi pop up plug didn’t work, had to prise something underneath it to empty the water.

We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room, having that is definitely a huge advantage. The location of the accomodation is also perfect, the main square is only 3-4 minutes of walk away. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

upon arriving at the apartment the hallway leading up to it was absolutely disgusting with stains all over walls and paint falling off, i understand the host does not own the building so not responsible for sorting this but still it is extremely off putting , when i got in to apartment all windows had been left open causing multiple bugs to get into the apartment, the walls were covered in stains, there were 3 towels left out for us one of which had holes and rips on it, there were also black stains on bed sheet,we arrived back to apartment later in the evening had a 5 minute shower and began to fill the jacuzzi while my girlfriend went for a shower but water went freezing cold in both, i messaged the host and she instructed me to unplug the boiler and plug back in, did this and still freezing water, she told me that it was too late to fix (which it was i understand that) and to let her know in the morning if it was hot again, the next morning we decided to leave and get a hotel as the only reason we booked this apartment was for the jacuzzi that we now couldnt use, if we knew this was the case we would have booked a nicer hotel for half the price which we ended up doing, didn’t receive any text the following day asking if it was working or if she could come to have a look/fix it, she didnt seem to care, i was in contact with booking.com for a refund and they said the host us refusing to pay any compensation, i also have photos and videos of everything stated above

The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift so you have to climb the stairs. A manual for the jacuzzi controls would be nice as it took a bit of figuring out how to operate it even if the controls are simple.

Great location, the studio room was lovely, jacuzzi was perfect and the lighting was fantastic. The apartment gave a spa-like vibe with the scented humidifier and soft music. The apartment had a TV (not a smart tv), plates and glasses, a kettle and coffee/tea. The communication with the host was prompt. Overall good value for money!

Was surprised on arrival that it was a room and not an apartment as advertised - there was no microwave as described - there was a fridge and cutlery kettle tea/coffee etc but no cleaning products or extra bin bags for rubbish - I was not keen washing my cups in the bathroom sink We stayed for 5 nights and only read about shared kitchen and the building had facilities such as spa/massage etc however nothing was communicated regarding this, we still unsure what this entails or where the shared kitchen was. Maybe a leaflet in the rooms advising travellers what is available to them may be an advantage. Overall the location is superb and the room was clean but for us 5 nights stay may be too long for this venue as we like apartment style - sofa where we can sit and watch Tv after long days separate kitchen area with toaster so we can at least make toast if needed and an appropriate area we can clean cutlery/plates after use

Spa bath is very loud (definitely not the one where you can relax and enjoy the time) and needs service. At one point an awful smell went out of the jets. The jets itself are overheating and burning your skin. There is no Aircon. The owner provides two very noisy fans which on top of the noisy fridge are a perfect combination of a sleepless night. In summer this apartment gets very hot. The apartment looks modern on the pics but in reality it's very aged.
