I wish the skin on the floor was cleaned better and would be nice to have some information in the room that firewood could be bought at a virtual reception.

It was just the perfect last-minute choice for catching the snow forecast. A cosy warm room with a fireplace, lots of handwork, nice breakfast basket, great value for money.

*There is a constraint about to using time of sauna and jakuzzi after 12pm so we were notable to use it at the early morning * Home was not super clean especially bathroom * There was some missing things at facilities like the shower at the wet area was not working and table tennis equipment was terrible

Our room were looking directly to the forest and mountain Apartment design was amazing and everything was brand new Beds were super comforty There were Sauna, jacuzzi and cold water pool accessibility Breakfast was not so perfect but enough to full there were some paczki (polish donut), 2-3 different ham, cheese, butter, sausage, eggs and olives We did not use it but there was a huge grill point for barbecue

Superb apartment with great views - right to the forest and the mountains. The apartment seems pretty new, everything is in great condition. The breakfast is really good and plenty. We could use the sauna as well. If we needed something, the stuff did it for us already the next day. It is a bit far from the center, 5km away, but in a quiet area.

Breakfast was disappointing. Missed some things in the kitchen. Swimming pool and jacuzzi water wasn't clear/clean (only tried it once, so maybe it was a coincidence).

Large/spacious and nicely decorated apartment. Pretty view, nice terrace, good beds, nice bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff, fixed things quick. Parking good and safe. Close to everything. Clean rooms, modern and everything in the apartment worked well. We stayed here for 7 nights, this accommodation is perfect for a long stay.

Way too expensive! When you pay Western European prices (+/- 140 euro per night) in an Eastern European country you expect a lot. Unfortunetally a lot was dissapointing. The bed was terrible (way too soft). The appartement was noisy and smelly. There was no airconditioning, no mosquito nets and no fire place (Booking.com says all the appartements have a fire place). And there was no physical reception. There was only a virtual reception which you could call if you had any questions. But most of the time no one answered the call and when they did they didn't understand you because they don't speak English.

Great location, beautiful views and a perfect playground for kids.

we have had a problem with bad odor from shower. we informed reception, it was cleaned but two days later it occurred once again. the wall are thin, you can hear neighbours next door. reception only virtual what made some difficulties to deal whit problems.

location was ok. where were enough space to park car at any time. from 3 pm to 9 pm you can use jacuzzi and sauna with no charge. the room in first floor has terrace with seats, upper rooms has balcony. you can grill in several types of fire place. quite enougt space in the rooms.

First and foremost there is no reception with face to face interactions you need to click an intercom system and try to communicate with someone that speaks only Polish, when we arrived we found out fround floor is actually an underground apartment, the place was dirty with dirty bedsheets after writing them in the application they came in the morning to clean (cleaning lady was nice and tried to help) The main double bed mattres was too soft couldn't sleep in it and ended up sleeping my wife my daughter and I on the opening sofa. No air-conditioning and if your cold you need to pay for wood to warm up by the fire. While staying there for 5 days had twice plumbing issues (water backing up) While there we spoke to the "manager" of the location that said she will speak to the director to give a compensation for all the trouble we went through but it didn't happen ended up complaining to booking.com that also didn't help and ended up paying full price.

The towel dryer on the wall of the bathroom was not working, the TV was mostly in Polish (except for Netflix). By far the most disappointing thing was the breakfast. They bring the breakfast to your room in a basket, but it's rather poor in both quantity and quality. It's just some bread, a few slices of cold cuts and cheeses, some tomato slices and a bowl of cereal. It's the same every day. The quality of the food could really be much better. I think some variety could also help.

The quality of the aprtment, the rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms and kitchen were well equipped: couple of TVs, washer, hair-dryer, microwave, dishwasher all of great quality. Fireplace was very clean and ready to be utilised.
