- I had booked a room with river view for three nights. But I received a call that the room is not available for all three nights and thus we spent nights in different rooms. One night with river view another night in another unit without river view! It was a bit inconvenient to pack again with two small kids and transfer the luggage to the office without access to another unit during the day! - Considering that there is higher fee with river view apartment, I discussed with the office but I did not get a chance to talk to the manager and did not hear anything back! I believe it is responsibility of the office to handle these issues. So I feel that I was ignored in this sense - The second room that we stayed, was not similar to the first unit, it was smaller, did not have microwave and with small kids you need to warm up food quickly which was not possible.

Mirrored toilet flush not cleaned from previous occupiers. Toilet seat huge crack. Lats under bed broken, rapped with black duck tape & not inserted correctly. Wardrobe spring broken, no knobs on doors to open them. Ironing board cover missing & steam iron leaked. Freezer compartment full of ice. Table wabbling had to tighten up all 4 legs. Latch on door faulty, you could push the door open from outside when you closed the door. Part of the door frame coming away from the wall. Have email Dom & House & emailed photos of the above.

It’s very noisy overnight, bin collection 4am every day, church bells 6am, noisy party people… (but I’d still stay again as location was perfect). Arrived on a Sunday and no one in office to collect keys from (sign on door said closed Sundays, email from host said office opened 10am Sunday) and no one answered phone I rang from booking email. Someone turned up at 10.15 and opened the office. Maybe they could leave keys at building security instead? I was seriously worried we weren’t getting in on a Sunday for a while.

Location was perfect, just on the edge of the old town 2 mins from loads of restaurants, almost next door to little shop. Apartment was nice and good for family.

Sofa where the 5th or more people from group extending 4 persons need to sleep, it definitely past it's prime , it is noisy and not to comfortable .

Location is excellent, great value for money, very close to the top city's attractions, part of the old, medieval town next to everything we were looking for like pubs, restaurants, shops, currency exchange , etc. There is always someone at the office which is located outside the main facilities but at the front of the same building a few doors away.

The only minus of the property is lack of wi-fi. Otherwise, all was great.

The apartment was amazing. Very big, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped beyond expectations, The property was very clean. The pool in the building was a bonus. Fantastic location.

there was a shower in the description, but in reality it was a bathtub. also the shower handle in both baths was broken.

The sofa has seen better times in the past wehn it comes to seating comfort and is worn out. Same unfortunately with the matraze in the master bedroom. The shower in the bathroom had very low pressure and there was not enough water comming out of the nozzle.

The appartment is nicely located in convinient distance to the city center and historic parts of Gdansk. Carpark right in the building underneath the appartments and easy to reach. Zapka store and bakery in less than 5 minutes walking distance.

Were visiting two adults and a kid (4 years) and they provide me just double bed, and didn't suggested an unfoundable bed. Had to pay for changing the room

Pool was cold, in the room the towel drier in the bathroom made an irritating noise, we could hear our neighbours pretty well. The TV did not work or at least we could not figure out.

The bed was comfy, we had a balcony, very good location, the room istelf was okay, cleanish.

The second apartment that we booked was dated has seen a better days, it needs a bit of diy.

I really liked the location of the apartments and swimming pool access. One of the properties where in excellent condition.

Very cheap Ikea furniture, one of the beds was more or less broken.
