We were there for the TVP New Years Eve celebrations, so it was about as peak season as it gets. The traffic in and around Zakopane was HORRIBLE - try to minimise the amount of driving that you will have to do, and try to walk everywhere especially in the middle of the day. If you have to go out of town, try to do it as early as possible.

Very centrally located. Gated entrance into designated car-park (one per apartment) with a grounds-keeper on site during the day. The agent had left the keys with the grounds-keeper, which made it easy to get in and get settled - he turned up a little later to do all of the paperwork. Property has a pool that is staffed by a life-guard who was extremely friendly. There is also a Sauna and a 6 C plunge barrel for the cold phase - not many places have a full-immersion cold pool to go with the sauna! Didn't test the English speaking ability of the staff as all of us are fluent Polish speakers, but got the impression that it wouldn't be a major problem... can't really tell though.

Room 7 has a bed with borders, if you are tall it becomes an issue.

Nice and clean, with a decent swimming pool and a sauna, spacious apartments with all the necessary utensils at the kitchen, good location. Perfect shower - temperature and pressure. Parking on the territory.

The only thing which spoiled the stay was that my balcony was just in front of the main entrance where the smoking area was made, so I had to keep windows closed and could not enjoy the morning coffee without the cigarette smoke smell... The main smoker was the guy who was watching the territory, but he ignored the request not to smoke under the balcony.... The other thing - air conditioner is needed there. It was not too hot when I was staying, but if temperature would be higher outside, it would be very hot in the room....

Very good location, polite owner, you have everything you need to have a good relax after business meetings.

No microwave, soap ,bin bags, sofa should not be counted as a bedroom, a sofa was too small for two people. In my opinion the Apartment 9 is too small for family 2+2, no cleaning for 3days (fresh towels)

2 bedrooms smelled a little bit. I think cleaner used strong chemicals and the odur stayed for long time. Swimming pool - gentleman who works there is very nice but water for my 2 years old was too cold ( her lips got purple).

Wellness in the basement is very good, well equipped kitchen, big nice rooms, many cabinets, large bathroom with many shelves, elevator, dedicated parking space, close to the hospital 🤪

Two things I did not like: - Sauna is very small, just for 1 person to be inside, not to be included in the name of the premises as becomes misleading, - People who you are in contact with about your stay (not the guy at the premises), but those you are in touch for booking confirmation and other questions about your stay are useless. Lack of support and no response to your questions. Couple days before our arrival I sent a question if there is an option to pick up us from the train station. I got a reply with contact details of a person in charge of my stay and that I need to ask him in case of questions, which I did right away. Several hours later I got a reply from the guy that he is very busy today and he will reply to my query when he is available. He never did. So if you just need to have a place to stay, this is a good option, but if you expect to get a bit more of client approach, I would not recommend it.

Perfect location, clean apartment, ok-ish pool, the guy at the premises was very helpful, the lifeguard at the pool was very nice, good value for money (with reservations I mentioned as disappointments).

The breakfasts were provided by catering, very poor, nobody of us ate them but it wasnt possible to cancel. Water pool working hours are from 4pm to 9 pm. It's probably ok for Winter skiing period but absolutely inconvenient for the summer. I'd prefer to swim in the morning since we would go out in evenings. The staff in the pool behaved as if it were some school pool with naughty kids : don't go here, you should do this, you cannot sit like this, take your towel, get back to the shower...quite inadequate for the hotel pool.

the entrance reeks of cigarettes and is very off putting. the pillows are very thick and uncomfortable. would be good if pool is available in the morning. becomes quite crowded in the evening

The reservation staff member we dealt with (Katarzyna) gave very poor service. She ignored my emails, then wouldn't honour the price quoted. I stayed in Apt No 21 and each time someone in the apartment overhead flushed a toilet I was woken. Very annoying!

Nice comfortable apartment with an excellent balcony. Quiet location. Close & convenient to shops. Nice pool area with sauna. The staff member we dealt with at the property (Emil) was very pleasant and helpful. Top marks to him for making us feel welcome.

Everything! Room specious, decorated nicely, equipped very well. Overall very nice place to stay. Location fantastic. Shops, restaurants in a walking distance very convenient. Indoor pool and sauna very convenient and the lifeguard really chatty and nice.

The place is extremely outdated. The pictures are misleading. It gives an impression of a modern facility, but in real life it is very old. It's not worth the money at all. Avoid by all means. The chairs in the room are falling apart. The shower had mould. No soap, no shower gel. Half of the lights weren't working and even didn't have light bulbs. There is no reception desk, and if you need anything,you need to ring a man. I have reported the lack of shower gel and soap, but unfortunately we didn't get any. Super slow WiiFii, so if you are planning to do some work after hiking, forget 😕 On top of the price we had pay extra 24 zł for Some charges, regardless the fact that the price we paid indluded taxes and charges. Another disappointment - breakfasts. It's catering. No choice, you just get delivered catering breakfast every morning to your door. If you have any food intolerances you just don't eat, because you get what they pick for you 😑Very bad quality ingredients. We didn't enjoy it at all. Never ever again. It is a shame, because we paid a lot of money.

The only one advantage of this place was the location (relatively close to the centre).

First I'd call this apartment economy double Not Superior type. Wallpapers in places were visibly coming off the walls. Two rolls of toilet paper supplied for 8 days stay.....Internet connection was so bad-had a range of 50cm...and still very weak.. TV was not set up for watching Shower gel container was empty. Two Lights above one double bed were barely hanging on the wall.

The lifeguard - "ratownik" was very rude, very arrogant and when we complained about his behavior, nobody appologized. The pool and the sauna are too small and looked too old fashioned, sauna is not a real one.
