“I had a pleasant stay at the place where the receptionist is super friendly and responsive to my inquiries. The apartment has complete amenities specially for a longer stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this place either for solo, couple or family.”

“the apartment is located at a calm block surrounding with a great green lawn with dozens of trees, very peaceful, and town centre is nearby. there was a lovely receptionist host us who is out of my expected, give us a upgraded flat with balcony for free of charge, which is amazing, plus many advice to use of indoor facilities. whereabout many other places you will probably be not received but instructions left. I also like the high ceiling and spacious room size, nice decorated decent curtains looks luxurious , it is value for money in particular.”

We loved the traditional wood chalet and fittings with a nice mix of modern appliances in the bathroom and kitchen.
The chalet was compact but had plenty of room for 4 adults and all of our gear. The property had everything you need which included a coffee machine to start the day. The garden area included: a private garden and drive, bbq, hammock, two seating areas and a trampoline.
The chalet was in a quiet area but within a 5 minute walk there was the popular tourist attraction of Gubalowka, shops, restaurants and bars.
There are clear property instructions left by the owner. The owner was very helpful in answering questions that we had. It's good to have good local knowledge.
